Could you describe a time that Firefly Digital helped you?
Laura Fisher: Hi, I'm Laura Fisher, owner of Fisher family plumbing. Uh, it's a family owned business with myself, my husband and my father-in-law. So truly the family affair. But um we got the idea to go ahead and start our own company a about a month ago and I reached out to Carrie at Firefly Digital and said, hey, I think we're going to start a company in about 45 to 60 days. Can you help us with it? And he of course said, yeah, absolutely. Let's talk about it. Let's have a meeting. And then about four days later I called Carry again and said, hey, we have some contracts already that we need to get started on. So the logo, the website, the digital business cards, all that stuff we talked about. Um, we need it now, can you help us? And I mean, I, I have no idea what went on on his side of things, but all I know is that he delivered, we had a logo in a matter of days. We had a website in a week. Um Our trucks are wrapped and gorgeous and we love them. Um, you know, it, they just exceeded every expectation. And because of them, we were able to not just start our company but started off with the, the right on the right step. I mean, we had our look, our brand and it's immediate rec recognizable and it's been a great, great launch of our brand new company. And I, I know that we wouldn't have the legitimacy and the brand awareness that we have now just in a very short time since we've launched without Carrie stepping up to the plate and just knocking it out. So we are forever grateful and love Firefly Digital and highly recommend that any business, whether it's a start up or you're looking to rebrand, I mean, Carrie and his team are fantastic.
How would you describe Firefly Digital in three words?
Laura Fisher: OK, three words to describe firefly. Um Fast, we surprised Carrie after our first initial meeting, letting him know that we were gonna start a company in 45 to 60 days. And then a week later we're calling him, telling him that we needed to launch in a week and he made it happen so fast was uh is a perfect word for our situation. Um Visionary, I guess would be another one. I don't know if that's the right word, but I sat down told Carrie what our company was gonna be about, you know, kind of the message that I wanted our brand to have and just a short time of explaining, kind of what was in my head, which is a scary place for anyone to be. Um He had it, he laid it out and he was like, Bam. Ok. No, what logo like this, you know, clean fresh, simple to the point. Um And you know, the website, just Chris Professional just, he just took all the jumbled ideas I had in my head and bam just made it happen and couldn't not be happier. I don't know of another experience I've had where the results exceeded expectations, especially in such a short period of time. Um I'm sorry, this question was for three words and I'm giving you a novel. Uh Excellent, excellent, excellent. Is my final word for Firefly because the entire experience was just excellent. Can't think of anything better than that.
Why is Firefly Digital different from other similar products or services?
Laura Fisher: Ok. So what makes firefly different than other digital marketing? Um, you know, I've, ok. So I've worked with seo and digital marketing companies in the past and I think they all have their, their qualities. Um, I think the biggest difference is in the past. I felt like I was just a, taking a ticket and then giving my order and then here's your cookie cutter prepackaged order that we do for everybody else. It'll work for you too. Trust me because it's worked for everybody else do it just like they do. Um, I mean, it's a pretty broad stroke there but it, it really, it was a significant difference. I mean, I, I, my first meeting with Carrie was right here at my kitchen table right across from where I am right now and we sat down and I scribbled on my piece of paper, my different ideas and, you know, I want this and we could do this and, you know, probably going in 18 different directions for him and, but he was able to climb inside and, and, and through all my rambling and my scribbling, he was able to come up with such a clean and concise message. You know, he was able to deliver all my jumbled thoughts into a brand that is just, you know, exactly what it is, you know, exactly what we do. Our website is just concise and to the point and, you know, um, he really just delivered on making my, my personal unique thoughts come alive and, you know, maybe just somebody who hasn't tried to do that in the past or work with digital marketing in the past, you know, might see and be like, well, it's a lo on a website. I was like, yeah, but it's not, it's, it's so much more than that. It's, I mean, you see the results of some other products and I don't know, I just, it with Carrie for the first time in working with digital marketing, I feel like myself, like I'm my, I'm represented my company, my family, the people we're doing this for is represented in our brand. And um I just, it felt wonderful to, it felt like it came alive as we launched. We weren't just launching a company and a logo and a website. We were launching us this new, this new beast to, to, to unleash onto the our community here um in a good way. So it's a happy beast. Um But yeah, that was, I think what made it, you, you know, feel like it was a unique um product for, for us and not just another ticket taker Here you go. Here's your cookie cutter bland, prepackaged blah. So, that's what I loved about it. And, um, it was great, kind of asked for more.
