What specific mindset, time, or production results did FINNEYUP COACHING help you or your agents with?
TOM ELLEFSON: in speaking with the results of the Finney up coaching, um I lean right into mindset, and one of the biggest things was this mindset was the belief in myself that I can do this, anything is possible. And you know, Finny coaching is assisted in creating a workable and productive schedule with tools such as Focus 24 you know, some other neat tools that are along in this whole journey. And um you know, Coach Finn helped move me from an average agent who was missing some steps and some promotions into an agency owner and a top producer all at the same time. It really goes back to the belief and tools from this course.

TOM ELLEFSON: Belief and proper tools.
Why is FINNEYUP COACHING different from other similar products or services?
TOM ELLEFSON: I think what sets fitting up coaching apart from others is that he's been in the trenches, he understands where we're coming from, in this, um this mindset and the and the self development, and the things that have to go along with becoming a success in any business, and very relatable, very easy to understand, but yet very direct, and also very challenging. And, you know, a lot of times we just need the challenge, um, to help burn that fire from within, and gives us all the tools to do it, and they're easy to understand. They're very simple, it's just a matter of going and doing it and trusting yourself to go do it.
