Eric Plourde : The amount of time needed to spend in this, once it's all set up and running, and you understand how it is, is not much at all.

When you first heard an AI would be running your Facebook ads, how skeptical were you? And what was the moment you realized it was working?

Eric Plourde : I actually wasn't skeptical at all. The fact that AI, was involved was one of the things that kept me, or actually perked my interest, to have AI optimizing the leads continuously instead of having to have, a group of people do it, the time frame and within there and The time frame it would take to make changes and compare things, I knew it would take a lot longer versus having AI do it, so I was actually pretty exciting and that was one of the main selling points for me.

A lot of owners worry this is just one more thing on their plate. Walk me through how much time FullMat actually takes you each week.

Eric Plourde : It's not just one more thing on your plate, This, the, the amount of time that I need to spend, it, it, it's not much at all. And that's one of the things that I, I, I have loved about it, working with Liv, LIV, the, AI bot, I guess you could call. It's kind of hard to even call it a bot because it really truly feels like I'm, I'm, it's so. Sophisticated. It feels like I am talking to, chatting with a regular person to the point where I greet it like I would a person and say goodbye and everything, but it's so easy to work with. Just to pull up like the ads that I'm running, anytime I wanted to run a new ad, I've made hard rules that I didn't want any AI pictures. I wanted only pictures that I uploaded that was either made by my content creator or just pictures from my gym itself during classes, Making changes is super easy, to and like I said, it's, I don't have to schedule a Zoom with people, to say, OK, I'm thinking about doing this, what do you think? The live gives her gives the opinion of what they or her he, I guess her feels would work best, and even if I don't agree with it and say I'd rather do this, oh, no problem, I, I couldn't be happier. It's actually been easier to work with than I expected, and making changes. I've run multiple ads, I've changed. The pictures or the flyers that we're, we have been using, and, and the AI runs it side by side to compare to compare the old one versus new one, see which one's performing better, which one's clicking better. Whenever we wanted to make changes, I literally hop in there and changes are made. Within minutes. So, the amount of time needed to spend in this, once it's all set up and running, and you understand how it is, is not much at all. I, I really couldn't be happier with, with everything and how it's all working.

Get specific for me — how many new students has FullMat brought through your doors, and is there one win that really stuck with you?

Eric Plourde : OK, how many students has this brought to my gym? I am a new gym. We've, we are literally just getting ready to finish up our third week being open. The first week wasn't really even an open, it was just, I kind of did like an invite only. We're we're we're doing a soft opening this summer before we get to the grand opening. So really it's like the technically the second week of our our soft opening. The first week was an invite only, and that was mainly just for, people that had been. Just seeing us on social media and, and wanted, we're anxious because we're the only gym that we're coming to the area. They haven't had anything in this particular area. But so far, I'm getting ready to wrap up the third week. I have 16 students that have already signed up. I have, I'm looking at my CMR right now, which also, integrates the leads directly into my CMR, which is perfect. I have 13 people in the middle of their trials. We run 2 trial free, 2 free trial classes, so I have 13 people that have taken at least one of their trial classes or or just finished up and are, gonna be signing up within their next, class. On top of that, I have 15 other people that are scheduled within, either this, this week or next week to come in for their. Trial classes, and I have another 5 leads that are people that have not scheduled a date, but yet they are very interested and want to come in. They're just trying to work things out with their schedule. I have, let me move things over. I have 10 other leads from parents and people that just want me to get back to them after the summer break cause summer's a little crazy. So when kids go back to school, which is why we're having the grand opening later, so I have 10 leads that are sitting out there just waiting for me to call back. I have another 5 that I have just going back and forth with, just trying to make, good initial contacts and start building the rapport. But over, and then I have 28 leads that whether they work out or things like that, but the amount of leads that have been coming in is, have been great, and they are for the most part, the closing ratio has been very high, they've been warm leads. People understand, what they're clicking on. They're not, I haven't gotten, so a lot of times with internet leads, you get a lot of people that, when you reach out to them, they're like, oh, that's not what I thought I was clicking on or what I was signing up for. I have not had that not once. All the leads are great, and I couldn't be happier with the amount of leads that are coming in, as well as, just being starting off who we've already, signed up.
