How long have you been at Fingermark and what is your current role?
Tingting Zhang: My name is Tingting, I have joined the Fingermark family for almost one year now. My current role is a Data Analyst in the data team.
What is your favorite part of your role and the team at Fingermark?
Tingting Zhang: The best part of my role is leveraging the power of data to tackle complex problems and provide actionable insights which make a difference and have a meaningful impact. Everyone talks about data as a valuable asset; data itself does not provide any value. But here we practice the transformation of data to create value and deliver that value to our customers. The team provides me with all the support and inspiration. We work together to achieve remarkable outcomes. It's the kind of environment where you always feel motivated to push your boundaries and strive for excellence.
What stands out to you about the culture at Fingermark?
Tingting Zhang: If I could only say one thing about the culture at Fingermark I would say the spirit of innovation. Here we think big and small, we're not afraid to take risks or make mistakes. But we really learn from our experience. This growth mindset allows us to constantly find new ways, better ways to do things, which I believe is the key to the success.
