How long have you been at Fingermark for and what is your current role?
Stan Mans: I've been working, with Fingermark since August 2019. So, coming up five years this year. And I'm a Project Manager for our Eyecue product which includes, the installation of our computer vision camera systems as well as our new products, which is like CCTV and indoor tracking. And that's just, you know, coming to, coming to me and my team and, yeah, we make sure things get into the ground for the product and yeah, we can run projects to end. So, yeah, I'm leading, leading the charge for the Eyecue deployments and that's, that's me.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Fingermark?
Stan Mans: It's quite a number of things that I really love about my role. As a Project Manager for Fingermark, the the products that I deal with is very exciting and to see how our products shape businesses in terms of the data delivery and the insights that we provide. I love seeing customers come on board, not knowing much about exactly what the product is and the end results they could possibly get from that the discovery period in between the new concepts, they think of the requirements they have, bringing it into the conversation and how that product shapes out to be at the end of the day and how we deliver that product is just phenomenal to see that grow from end to end. It is, it is so much fun to, to really see the customer satisfied with an amazing technology and having the privilege to get those installed at stores with contractors and having the opportunity to go out to store and to site around the world is, is a lot of fun.
What stands out to you about the culture at Fingermark?
Stan Mans: The culture of Fingermark, what stands out for me definitely the seriousness that we take our customers and the quality of products that we deliver to our customers. That's a, that's a very, very strong culture we have in terms of the professionalism and the quality we internally, we got some great individuals working for us. And in a highly respectful culture in Fingermark, people looking out for each other, there's strong support for people. And yeah, so, so I would say, I would say being a company that delivers a world class product for customers and they stand by their product and support their product and promote the product and the level of service for customers. And just that is, that is really good, that is, that is top quality. But then the teams that rallies together to make that happen. It's really encouraging. So, yeah, I would say we've, we've got a, you know, really, really respectful group of people that works really hard. And yeah, it's, it's a friendly environment where where we, where we work hard together and we support each other
