How long have you been at Fingermark for and what is your current role?
Alice Evanson: So I've been with Fingermark for almost three years and my current role is global support manager.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Fingermark?
Alice Evanson: My favorite part of my role is investigating and finding solutions to complex problems and developing processes to overcome them so that we can improve the outcomes for our customers. I really like taking the data that we gather in the support functions of the business and using it to take the guesswork out of decision-making. I really love being challenged as well. So it's really enjoyable when you find a solution to a problem that you know is gonna make the experience better for everyone. It gives you a real sense of accomplishment and I really love that about my job. I also get to work with some really awesome people all around the world on some really interesting and innovative projects. And I feel really lucky for that.
What stands out to you about the culture at Fingermark?
Alice Evanson: There's a really good feeling here at Fingermark where we work together and we support each other. And I really enjoy working with a group of people that have incredible minds and there's some really smart people here. So it's really rewarding to work with them and we all work together to achieve some really awesome goals.
