How long have you been at Fingermark for and what is your current role?
Mark Flood: My name is Mark. I've been a member of the Fingermark family since November 2021. And my current role here is as a junior software developer.
What is your favorite part of your role and the team at Fingermark?
Mark Flood: My favorite part of my role here is exploring ways to enhance existing products to provide a better service to our customers. While some refer to it as chasing down rabbit holes, I like to think of it as, as mining for, for hidden gems. And it's all about discovering these gems which can be tiring at times, but then figuring out how to bring them to light in a way that really makes them sparkle.
What stands out to you about the culture at Fingermark?
Mark Flood: If I had to use one word to describe the business culture here at Fingermark, it would be resilience in an ever-changing, evolving market. We've managed to adapt and thrive across various different fields within the tech industry, particularly in the quick service restaurant sector, and we've leveraged our unique tools and expertise to, to bring a distinctive approach to the table.
