How did you find your way to your current role at Fingermark?

Joyce Mao: I saw the hiring advertisement for this role on a job search website and then I applied online.

Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Fingermark?

Joyce Mao: My role is computer vision engineer. My favorite parts about this role is I can apply computer vision technologies to real business scenarios, um tasks in this role of challenging and diverse. So I always have opportunities to get exposed to new technologies and adapt them into our projects. Um, Another thing I like is people in our team are very smart, nice and supportive to each other. They are always very keen to exchange ideas on share skills and uh we grow together so I can continuously feel self improvement working in such a team.

What stands out to you about the culture at Fingermark?

Joyce Mao: Maybe it's a work life balance uh, finger mark organizes many activities, such as table tennis, competition, network games and friday afternoon drinks. I think this activities uh, connect people and make us more like teammates.
