What is your role in Fingermark and what (product) team do you work in?
Christina Perry: Hi, I'm Christina Perry. I'm one of the Product Managers here at Fingermark and I'm on the Supersonic kiosk team.
Tell us something exciting about the product you are working on.
Christina Perry: I'm excited by the continued value our kiosk solution offers our customers. We're currently developing our loyalty service that will have the ability to integrate into any third party loyalty provider. We have already completed integration with Sanity and we'll be focusing on Punchh, Braze and Tranxactor next. Loyalty brings a large amount of value to our customers and to theirs. With loyalty diners are able to get a personalized experience that allows them access to member only promotions and rewards to earn and redeem points and also allows them to reorder previous kiosk orders. Loyalty provides restaurants with an additional opportunity to upsell and increase order value and another opportunity to gain insights into their customers ordering behavior. Through our Supersonic portal we're introducing more dynamic and engaging content to the home page including both images and videos. Homepage customization also brings additional upsell opportunities into the customer journey and allows our customers more control over the homepage. Images and videos can be updated remotely in real time scheduled ahead of time and can be day-parted. This means customers can use the kiosk homepage to bring in current marketing campaigns quickly.
How does this product help our customers?
Christina Perry: Supersonic offers a comprehensive set of features from customizable and real time menu updates through a growing number of POS integrations and with enhanced kiosk customer experience with up sales and loyalty. Our Supersonic data insights provide valuable analytics on kiosk performance and customer behavior that help restaurants optimize operations and improve customer engagement. Diners can access the entire menu at their leisure and customize it to their taste. They can switch out drinks, remove pickles, upsized meals and even add that cheeky dessert all at their own pace, and without overwhelming restaurant staff. Our kiosk take the heavy lifting out of handling orders, allowing staff to focus on more important tasks like preparing meals and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
