Ana Claudia Cortez: is a very simple one that I love, which is invite people you don't even know for lunch. Imagine that you're in the office and you just met with a coworker that you love so much and you're going to just take lunch together. Why not invite the person that seated next to you? Even if you don't know their name, what they do if they belong to your department or not, just invite a group spontaneously and try to know them during lunch. It doesn't take a lot of effort and it's really cool to meet new people and include them on your own plans and also to get to know you in a different way.
