What keeps you here—and what would you miss most if you left?
Nora: Hi, my name is Nora. I am the Assistant Manager and Breast Service Manager at our Reston Herndon office. I started at Fairfax Radiology for an opportunity to be in a supervisor position and I was able to grow in the company to now Assistant Manager and Breast Manager. What keeps me here is the overwhelming support and mentorship that I get from my colleagues, the opportunities to do whatever I have aspirations for, you have a lot of support from everybody. What I would miss the most if I left here is probably just the overall community and culture of the company. I feel that everybody is just really supportive of each other and every aspiration that you have and you want to do in your career.
