Describe a typical day working at Fairfax Radiology. What are the best parts of your day?
Vanessa C.: Hi, my name is Citlaly. I'm a medical assistant at Fairfax Radiology, and working here on day to day basis is honestly really fun. It's very interesting. I meet hundreds of new people every day. I have two responsibilities, which is running the mammogram core and also doing ultrasound guided breast biopsies. The best part of my day in regards to the breast biopsies is being able to help and comfort them during the procedure especially after they're full of their nerves and they, they finally get that relaxing sensation of I got this over with. Now we just wait for the results. For the mammogram, the best part about running the core would probably be when I translate for anybody. They just seem really grateful, they like to see a familiar face, speaking a familiar language, and that's, that would probably just be it. Thank you.
