Why were you looking for a business coach in the first place?
Rozelle: I was looking for a business coach because I grew my business from being just me, a single dental provider, to having three surgeries with a much larger team, and I found it chaotic. I really was struggling to manage everything, and I really wanted to set up processes and systems so that I wasn't being pulled in a million different directions and having to deal with everything myself. I wanted the business to be running for itself and with clear structures. Um, so that's why I signed up for Chris Barry.
What would you describe as the main benefits of membership of The Extreme Business 100 community?
Rozelle: the main benefits are there's lots of templates, um, and lots of learning tools. Especially not just for me, but for the team, which is really good. So I have all the team invested. The the quarterly training sessions are brilliant. Um, I've bought my team to them, and I think it kind of, um it adds a lot of value to the business. And then the WhatsApp group is great for just bouncing things off people. Um, Chris is a great resource as well that if you, you know, have a question, you can email him and stuff or set up a zoom. Um, so I have found it a good support.
What difference has working with Chris Barrow made?
Rozelle: Well, um although I think I still have a long way to go, I do feel that we have implemented many changes and structural changes, which have definitely benefited the business. I do feel like I am. I have a much more of a grasp of control, which is great. Still got a long way to go, though.
What advice would you give to anyone watching this video and considering hiring Chris and joining his community?
Rozelle: on the outset, it seems like a hefty investment, but I do think that you'll get your money back. Um, it's a really difficult business, and I think a lot of dental businesses are practitioner owned. So therefore, you're working in the business and trying to run it, which is really tough. You're really trying to do two full time jobs in one. So having something like a structure with Chris Barrow is really beneficial. The other thing as well as we're not. We haven't been taught how to run businesses. We were just kind of fell into it. And so you do need to be taught. So having, Yeah, I just think do it. It's worth the money.
