Speaker: Opeoluwa Sodeinde, Principal Dentist , London Dental Specialists

Why were you looking for a business coach in the first place?

Opeoluwa Sodeinde: my goal was to create a self sustaining, um, Champions League dental practise. Um, I had a business coach before. Um, Chris, Um, my previous business coach was great. Um, but I realised that at least at the time, he was great for me in terms of the offering to me as a business owner. Uh, but there was no offering unstructured offering for the whole dental team. And that was why, um, I came to Chris because he is not only, uh, great for the owners, but, uh, recognises that without a team of equally trained and motivated people, we get nowhere.

What would you describe as the main benefits of membership of The Extreme Business 100 community?

Opeoluwa Sodeinde: in a in addition to my ability to, um, have access to 100 highly motivated colleagues who want the same things as I do. It is also incredibly useful that, uh, my managers, um, have access to managers from other, uh, uh, dental practises, uh, in the community, which, as far as I'm aware, doesn't happen anywhere else. But I could be wrong. Anyway, it happens here, and, um, I am extremely happy about it. Um, obviously the the the weekly calls and the online training course, um, that chris has built over the years is second to none.

What difference has working with Chris Barrow made?

Opeoluwa Sodeinde: um, in life, Uh, we don't know What we don't know. Um, I became a specialist dentist and practise on, uh, about 10 years ago. Um, and for most of that time, uh, Chris, I didn't have a business coach. Um, essentially, Chris wasn't my business coach for most of that time, and my practise was, uh, just plodding along. Um, and if I had to be specific about the single biggest, um uh, reason the single biggest thing that Chris has done, uh, for me, it would be an increase in in confidence confidence in, uh, my abilities as a business owner. Um, because dental school teaches you confidence, uh, in clinical skills. Um, but you really begin to realise that there is so much more to running a a dental business than just a clinical skill. Um, So, uh, I am, fortunately now at the start of a significant growth, um, phase in my business. Um, and I look forward to Chris's support in on this journey

What advice would you give to anyone watching this video and considering hiring Chris and joining his community?

Opeoluwa Sodeinde: if you want to create what I wanted, which was a self sustaining, um, business that, um, you can that does not feel like a prison that you're liberated from. Uh, And you're just thinking, How the hell am I going to do this? Um, whether you are a new, um, uh, squat or a practise that has been established for 20 years. There is a There is something to learn there. Sorry. There is a lot to learn. Um, and I can guarantee that you will learn everything that you need, uh, to towards that goal in the extreme business community. Um, And then once you learn, it's then up to you to implement everything that, uh, Chris advises, um, and you absolutely will get there, so jump on board.
