Why were you looking for a business coach in the first place?
because it's important to always be learning, striving for new ways to do things. Um, improving the service we provide, uh, knocking the socks off our patients, which is our number one aspiration always, um, finding out new ways to do things you can always pick and choose the bits you want and that you like that make it specific to you and how you want to run your business. Um, but it's really about growth and constant improvement all the time. And that's what we love. And that's why we seek out coaches.
What would you describe as the main benefits of membership of The Extreme Business 100 community?
it's the word is really in the question, which is the sense of dental community and the fact you can have a forum where you can discuss concerns and issues and likely someone has dealt with it before and has had a fabulous way of dealing with it. Uh, it's just support and finger on the pulse information, um, gorgeous new ways and creative ways of dealing with things. Really. Just, um, you don't feel the isolation that can be by doing dentistry in a little room with a team all by yourself, kind of and and that can be quite isolating. So the joy of this community is essentially that We're all like minded people, all striving for the same thing, Um, which is just great. And there's loads of fun along the way.
