Why were you looking for a business coach in the first place?
Liam Esposito : Hi. So we were looking for a business coach because we were struggling. In some ways, we needed direction. We needed. We needed to get out of a bit of a hole. Really, because we were running the practise as very much as clinicians. We were just doing the day to day, but we didn't really have a strategy, any organisational structure, systems and processes, and really looking back, we did need help. So it took some time for me to be convinced my wife pushed me into joining. But I do not regret it in any way, shape or form. It's the best thing that we've done, and since joining the practise has thrived for patients, staff and for me, my wife as the owners.
What would you describe as the main benefits of membership of The Extreme Business 100 community?
Liam Esposito : the support. There are lots of practises in the group who are in similar situations to ourselves, and it's good just to have that network really of support. So on a day to day basis, people will post some of the issues that they've had. And then there will be 56 people who will respond, offering support and advice. And really, that's invaluable because there are a lot of people in this group who have got a lot of experience and yeah, being able to tap into that is invaluable.
What difference has working with Chris Barrow made?
Liam Esposito : so this one's simple. Our turnover is better. We are more profitable. My work life balance is better. I enjoy running the business. I spend more time with my family. I do more things outside of work. My team are happier. And yet life is just that bit more rewarding. Whereas before I was just a dentist and I was a busy fall. So yeah, they are some of the big differences that Chris has made.
What advice would you give to anyone watching this video and considering hiring Chris and joining his community?
Liam Esposito : So my advice is to just do it and join you Won't regret it. It is a big financial commitment. But the benefits that you get from joining certainly outweigh the negatives. We joined because we were disorganised and we had a practise. Whereby me as a dentist, I was working all day doing lots of exams. I was busy, busy, busy, but we didn't really see the benefits on A on a spreadsheet. And my work life balance was all over the place. Um, so since joining it certainly has been for the better. Uh, so if you're in a situation similar to what we were in, uh, I you you wouldn't regret it at all. It's, um it's been life changing.
