Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Zela Shane Flores: Hello, everyone. My name is Ella Shane Flores. I am 35 years old and you can call me Zela. I reside here in the Philippines. Um, my hobbies would be watching movies, eating, cooking. I love doing arts and crafts. I love traveling, um, photography and visiting museums.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Zela Shane Flores: So for my strengths and weaknesses, uh for my strengths, I believe that I'm very adaptable. I learn quickly and fast. I am very well organized and detailed when it comes to doing tasks and I easily get along with people and I'm very optimistic as well. So my rule for myself is that any problem, personal problem that would be faced in life should be handled outside of the workplace. And any problem that is within the workplace should be resolved within the workplace. So as for my weaknesses, um I tend to be a perfectionist sometimes and because of that, I sometimes over exert myself, which is not good for my health. And people say that I talk a lot and I share too much sometimes I share too much information about me.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Zela Shane Flores: For the professional achievement that I'm most proud of is becoming or being promoted. Um as one of the business analyst with JP Morgan Chase because in such a short time, I was able to prove myself, um I was able to get gain the trust of, you know, executives and stakeholders and um I was proud of myself because um it proves that I'm not only capable of being a specialist, but I was able to do more for the business as well as for my peers.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Zela Shane Flores: For the role. I'm actually looking for something that I'm comfortable in doing a role that um I'll be able to leverage the skill sets that I've gained from my previous experiences, a workplace that I would have, you know, wonderful teammates, very supportive because I believe that would make our tasks easier and lighter and less stressful for everybody. I would also want to have a workplace with a culture that connects with my values as a person and I would love to get a role that can challenge me into learning new skill sets. That would be a huge plus.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Zela Shane Flores: Based on the job description, I believe that my skill set will be a great foundation for me to achieve success in this role. Because of my previous experience in working for mortgage banking. Also my ability to work deadlines and manage my time and workload effectively. I believe I will be best fit for this role.
