Wilbert Santos: Hey there. I'm Wilbert Santos, a full stack web developer from Philippines. I'm passionate about creating functional and visually appealing websites and web applications is in PHP, my SQL XML and CSS. I'm excited to showcase my skills and convince you that I'm the best fit for the full stack web developer position.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Wilbert Santos: Well, my biggest trend would be have the ability to quickly pick up new technologies. My sharp problem solving skills and my attention to details. I mean development even the smallest mistake can lead to major problems down the line. So being thorough is a must as for my weakness, one weakness that I'm working on is public speaking while I'm confident that my technical abilities, I sometimes struggle with presenting my group to overcome this. I've been taking opportunities to practice my presentation skills and seeking finda for colleagues.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Wilbert Santos: I've had a lot of professional achievements that I'm proud of. But one that stand ups to me is when I worked on the crowdfunding project, the Passive forward that it was like a go fund, the website, it was a challenging project because we don't have any expertise on the team on how to create an effective crowdfunding platform. And we built it from scratch, but we were happy because we were able to create a platform that helped a lot of people and organizations to raise the funds and the projects and charity needs. Additionally, during the project, I was able to be the several men where I learned a lot of managing servers and how to use Aws services effectively. Overall, it was a great learning experience for me and I'm proud of what we have accomplished something.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Wilbert Santos: In my next role. I'm looking for a team that values growth and learning, a supportive and collaborative work environment and projects that challenged me to push my limits and improve my skills. I want to be part of the team that is dedicated to excellence and committed to create innovative solutions for clients.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Wilbert Santos: I believe I'm fit for the role as a full stack web developer because I have a lot of experience in and knowledge in web development. I've worked with PHP frameworks like Clara Bell and the CMS like wordpress created restful api endpoints, implemented unit testing using PHP unit used B J S for front and development and utilized cash like readies and no skill databases like Mongo DB. I'm also proficient indeed have for version control and simulation tools for project management. But what sets me apart is my passion for learning new technologies and my drive to tackle complex problems with my skills and attitude. I know I can add value to your team and contribute to its success.
