Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Stephen Espejon: Hi there. My name is, is different from Brazil, Philippines and your next office manager. I am a seasoned paralegal that loves solving problems through strategic planning and for the past six months and with you extend your team as a senior analyst for client, working with executive contracts, compliance and administration tenfold. I think that that by working closely with directors by developing a matrix and procedures, I'm a well versed in many CRM platforms and good communicator. So I'm not hesitant to share thoughts and make suggestions for the company's continuing success. Allow me to continually part of your team and share more of my talent and skills. What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Stephen Espejon: For my strength. I would say that I am a team player. I work actively with the group to finish thus, which cools and manage projects. I pay attention to what my coworker says, value their ideas and try to find ways to make the product or process better. So thank you to all of my coworkers and bosses for every region for my witnesses. I would say that it can be a challenging for me to decide um Since I worry about messing up, especially when I don't get clear directions because I've always felt like I didn't have the right power to make significant decisions. I typically relied on the higher ups to do so. Nevertheless, um I just finished off a few leadership workshops where I exercise required me to make decisions immediately. So I'm now sure that I can make my own decisions and act proactively when making them.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Stephen Espejon: Okay the professional achievement most proud of recently when I joined for the DTCC. So I was told to look over for more than 1000 contracts with a co worker and finished by the end of the Business lady. It is very hard task yet with a proper assignment of tasks, generating an Excel file for a smooth tracking and smooth quality check. I was able to finish the task and I received a commendation from it.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Stephen Espejon: The most important thing I'm looking into. The next role is um the next position is collaborative team focused environment. For the past six months, I really enjoyed working for extend your team. So based on what I saw from the Whitey Internal and from our last gig of party, it sounds like that. That's the type of work culture you promote here. So I'm excited to learn more about the opportunity.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Stephen Espejon: I am the right thing to succeed for this role because I have the qualities that we are looking for. Start from the experience that I've got from my previous role, especially working closely with the Um levels management, managing their executives, calendar, making an appointment. Um other than that I can organize meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, organizing, um but apply on almost 90% of the emails daily, performing minor accounting duties. I can also contribute to the team for creating an invites maintained list of contacts developing and preparing materials to be used for every leadership programs. And aside from that, um the office management skills that I have, whether that's coordination from company activities and operations, designing, filing system's records and database and um lastly even submission of reports, preparing proposal and presentations as needed.
