Sheriza Jane Wong: Hi, my name is Sheria Wong. I've been in the customer service industry for 17 years focusing on B to B clients. Since 2014. I graduated from one of the top three universities here in the Philippines. And I currently reside in Zal. I excel in client management, project management, implementation, and onboarding and customer service. I'd love to share more about myself with you and my work expenses during my interview. Thank you.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Sheriza Jane Wong: My biggest strengths are being optimistic, persevering, and goal oriented. I try to see the good out of every situation and make the most out of it. When I set a goal, I always try to finish with exceptional results. Now, when it comes to weaknesses, I have the tendency to take so much responsibility, even if I have the option to delegate some tasks. Also, I'm not an expert with the tools that I have used. I have handled and I'm currently using, but I'm very much eager to learn and I can definitely get the hang of it. Thank you.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Sheriza Jane Wong: In the years that I've been working in the corporate world, I can go on and on about achievements. But at the end of the day, for me, what really matters are the small wins because these small wins will eventually lead to bigger success. Small wins uh can be customer satisfaction commendation or hitting the daily target. I consider my team success as my success as well.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Sheriza Jane Wong: As a client success manager, the most important thing that I'm looking for would be the setting of proper expectation about my responsibilities. I believe that setting proper expectation will lead to a good relationship and satisfaction.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Sheriza Jane Wong: I strongly believe that I'm the right fit to succeed in this role because my skill set fits the job description. Also, I see that it requires someone who has the capacity to effectively manage their time. Someone who can quickly adapt to changes and someone who can handle pressure and deliver good results in both sides, the management and the clients, which is something that I'm very much used to in my role as a senior consultant.
