Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.

Sheila Marie Alegrado: Hello, my name is Sheila Maria Agrado. And I'm excited to introduce myself as a highly experienced professional in the financial services industry. For almost four years, I worked with one of the largest banks in the US JP Morgan Chase and company where I manage specialist handling, retail and business credit cards. With years of experience, I developed ad understanding of customer needs and hold my collaboration and problem solving skills. My deep knowledge of the financial services industry, my leadership experience and my communication and organizational skills are the values that I will bring to the team. And I'm so excited to learn more about the role and see other ways I can help you as well as contribute to the team's success.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Sheila Marie Alegrado: My biggest strengths are determination and resilience which I believe can be a powerful combination at work. My ability to remain focused, remain professional at all times, even when confronted with challenges and up to unforeseen changes, while bouncing back from setbacks can greatly contribute to one success in the workplace. My biggest weakness is I can be too critical of myself. A pattern I've noticed throughout my career is that I often feel I could have done more. Even if objectively, I've done well. One solution I've implemented over the past years is to actively pause and celebrate my achievements. This has helped me generally appreciate and recognize my team and other support systems.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Sheila Marie Alegrado: In my previous job, I was part of a team that spearheaded innovation in our tools. One of the challenges we faced was that our existing tool for processing customer request was slow and inefficient, causing delays and frustration for our clients. As a member of the team, I conducted extensive research and new processes that could be incorporated into our existing tool to make it faster and more efficient. After analyzing the results, I proposed a new process that could be integrated into our existing tool. And I presented my findings to the team and worked closely with our developers to ensure that the new process was implemented correctly. The new process proved to be highly effective the time it took to process customer requests by over 50%, our retail customers were thrilled with the improvements which led to higher customer satisfaction scores and more repeat business. I am extremely proud of this achievement and the impact it had on both our team and our clients.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Sheila Marie Alegrado: In my next role. I'm looking for an opportunity to work with a company that has a strong sense of purpose and is committed to making a positive impact. I'm particularly interested in companies that are focused on leveraging technology to solve complex problems and have a deep bench of experienced professionals. The role should challenge me to work collaboratively across multiple departments. And I'm excited about the prospect of working with customers to provide them with a world class experience.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Sheila Marie Alegrado: I have extensive experience in the financial sector and I have over five years of leadership experience where I have cultivated the ability to remain professional at all times. Even under pressure as a leader, I have honed my organizational and time management abilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. I'm also highly proficient in written communication. I'm self motivated individual who always tries to achieve the best possible results. As a highly skilled communicator, I'm able to articulate my ideas and opinions effectively making it easy for my team to understand and follow through on tasks. I have also a lot of experience in using customer communication tools such as Zen desk and other similar tools making me able to handle complex issues with ease.
