Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Rosemarie Santiago: Hello, my name is Rosemarie Santiago. You can call me Rose for short. I have worked in a call center industry for a total of nine years and for two years, I've worked as a customer service representative for Capital One. It's a credit card company. My role was to assist customers regarding their billing issues and also explaining unexpected charges and processing their payments over the phone. For more than six years. I've worked as a process associate for factual data. A third party verification company. My main role was to assist loan officers and underwriters and providing credit supplements for their mortgage borrowers. This includes calling the creditors or the banks, calling the courts and updating the credit report before sending it back to the clients with this experience as I have enhanced my skills in multitasking, reviewing documents and answering inbound calls as well as doing outbound calls. I am a goal oriented person and I love working with other people and always excited to learn new things and knowledge. Thank you.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Rosemarie Santiago: What are your biggest trends and weakness? My biggest trends is adaptability. I can easily adapt with new working environment, new processes and also doing new things as well as determination and learning. Uh and also applying those information and things that are knowledge that I have learned. My weakness is saying no. Um sometimes I'm having a hard time saying no when a colleague uh make a request. However, I'm working on it by reviewing the task that is assigned to me and also the things that I have in my plate if I can still accommodate those requests.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Rosemarie Santiago: What is the professional achievement? You're most proud of. One of them is that when I was with factual data, I was assigned to assist the new hired or the trainees in processing their cast. I'm making sure that all their work are audited before submitting it back to the client as well as providing them the feedback on what would be um the steps that they need to improve as well as the information that they are not yet aware of.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Rosemarie Santiago: What are the most important things you're looking for in your next role? Some of the things that I'm looking forward in this role is to learn the process in order for me to be able to deliver my test accurately. Also hoping that I will be able to use the skills and knowledge that I have learned from the previous experiences that I had. I'm also looking forward in working with the other people or the team members and mastering the challenging role that will be um assigned to me.

Rosemarie Santiago: Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role? I believe that I am the right fit to succeed in this role is because I am willing to learn the process and master it. In order for me to be able to do um my task correctly. As well as I am thrilled to use the knowledge and skills that I have learned from the past.
