Uh with the this experience, it has given me a handful experience on different that, that from administering a legacy servers on prem servers or the traditional one up to the latest trend, which is the micro service or containerization um which has given me a deep understanding of I T requirements, especially on infrastructure side. But it also has given me an opportunity to understand more of as well as the software or the software development side of I T. With this, I hope I could uh somehow fill in the or meet the requirements as a des engineer to your company.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
roselio viray: My biggest strength I consider is, um, I do focus on one item at a time. I don't believe in multitask. Most likely it's going to be a simultaneous, um, work. Right. And for my weakness sometimes they call me a very quiet guy. I think that's mostly common for an I T. But, yeah, I'm trying to work it all out this round.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
roselio viray: So the biggest item that uh or task that has given to me and I'm really, really proud of is the project that I work in Continental. It's an automation using an A I tool. Hiro I'm not sure if you're familiar with it, but it's from a company named called ARA, not the ARGO CD, but A A. Um with this A I I was able to create a bunch of script that will help the system operation team on resolving repetitive tasks that is bulking up way back when we are working there as a system operation, our system administrators, the tickets are bulking up to 300 to 500 a day to the point that not even working as a 24 7 team could resolve all the tickets. It's not really a difficult one, but it's quite repetitive and it's too many to the point that it's almost like a data entry job by modifying um up objects. But yeah, with the help of the A I I was able to create a script. Um of course, with a little bit of help from researching, I was able to refresh my scripting skills, apply it and then create a logic behind of this A I to help us resolve our day to day task.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
roselio viray: The most important things that I'm looking for. My next role would be the flexibility and trust of the managers uh flexibility when it comes to, to, to the, you know, output based um task, not forcing much. And if someone's in front of a laptop or desktop working, being, being micromanaged by the team leaders or managers, I think that's the most important thing that I've been looking for on a join to a team or a company.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
roselio viray: Why I'm the right candidate. Um, I'm not used to brag about anything that I do but, uh, that I can only showcase the package of my skills have been hired and given the chance to perform.
