Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Reda Hulett: Hello, everyone. My name is Freddy Hewlett and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a customer service specialist with over 12 years of experience in the B B O industry. I started out my journey as a community support agent with E perform back in 2010 where I've handled ebay and half dot com. Us clients for a billing buyer protection and account take over. This is via phone chat and email. The year 2015, I've decided to apply as a service analyst with Citibank where I luckily got hired and supported us Citibank credit card holders and catered customer service with sales and retention. The year 2021 I joined American Express as a customer care professional for us and UK credit card holders where I supported customer service with value generation. I've worked with a variety of clients in diverse industries and this has enabled me to adapt quickly to new environments and expectations. I strongly believe that with my extensive administrative and customer service experience as well as proficiency and utilizing various Softwares and programs, I'm confident that I can provide exceptional service to the business. I also consider myself as a person with a positive attitude. I firmly believe that approaching every task with can do mindset can make all the difference, whether it's a complex problem or simple task. I always approach it with positivity and determination to succeed. My experience in e-commerce as well as in financial services has taught me the importance of providing exceptional customer service and I always go the extra mile to ensure that my clients are satisfied with my work. Aside from my professional aspirations, I also have a few hobbies and interests. I am passionate about cooking. I enjoy watching movies and I love listening to music. In conclusion, I am excited about this opportunity to work with your team with my positive attitude, dedication, skills, and work experience. I am confident that I would be a valuable addition to your organization. What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Reda Hulett: My biggest strength would be my consistency, listening skill and empathetic nature. I excel in consistency by consistently delivering great work every day which enables me to perform at a high level. Additionally, my listening skills allows me to identify the unaddressed needs of customers to make them feel heard. And lastly my empathetic nature which enables me to establish and maintain customer relationship by earning their trust. As for my weakness, I'm naturally an introvert person. My weakness is having difficulty in asking for help. There was a time when I failed to complete a task because of my shyness. This caused me to miss the deadline and disappoint my boss. However, I have learned from this experience and now seek help from trusted teammates, leaders and managers or even friends. I have come to realize that asking for help is a sign of strength and not weakness.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Reda Hulett: I would say that my proudest work achievement is becoming an officer at Citibank where I led the sales and retention team out of 200 Asians. For me, this is something to be proud of because not everyone has the opportunity to experience this. And aside from that, I've earned several awards from my previous employers for being a top agent and an alister a Lister because I have completed the year with no absence.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Reda Hulett: I would say that the most important things that I look for in my next role would be job security, work, life, balance, career development, kind support from my superiors. And last, but not the least is the simplicity to fit in with the company culture.

Reda Hulett: I'm confident to say that I'm the right fit to succeed in this role. For the reason that my passion for the work makes me a valuable candidate for the job.
