Speaker: Nathaniel Anumba
Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Nathaniel Anumba: My name is Nat. I'm someone who is always seeking to learn and develop and I've always been excited about helping a business to grow, offering excellent service to the customers outside of work. I keep myself fit and active. I'm a positive person who always embraces change and I'll always take responsibility for my professional development.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Nathaniel Anumba: My strength is my ability to learn very quickly. And the fact that I'm a people, person means I'll always be a role model for the company when dealing with the customers with the biggest weakness. I don't have much experience in talking to a large group of people. Um And this is something that I'm very keen to improve on. Um So if any opportunities were to arise in this role, to gain experience in this area, I certainly would want to take advantage of that.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Nathaniel Anumba: For me, it's not just going to be the achievement but also the relationships. Um my friends and previous coworkers would um, probably describe me as someone who has driven and enthusiastic and upbeat. And I believe they would also describe me as someone they could turn to whenever they needed assistance and um that they could rely on to help them out on a short notice and someone who has a can do attitude and can take ownership of difficult situations.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Nathaniel Anumba: What's important for me would be the work environment where everyone in the team seeks to continually grow and improve and where I would get to use my creative side to help the business grow and develop.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Nathaniel Anumba: I think I would fit right in because I have experience of dealing with clients and customers in a manner that is representative of a company's vision. I have experience of collaborating with other people in a team to achieve a common objective. And I also have experience of solving problems independently and completing time sensitive tasks under pressure.
