Prior to that, I worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank for over a decade where in five years in mortgage as a long document specialists where we worked on verifying the completeness of clients mortgage documents while continuing to learn and unlearn new guidelines and regulations. Over four years in credit card as a fraud and disputes analyst where we resolve the client's credit card disputes and identify fraudulent transaction on their accounts, and over two years in asset and wealth management as a credit risk analyst where we assess the creditworthiness and risk profile of the client or a business and to determine their financial health and their ability to pay the loan. My supervisor and coworkers say that I am very dependable and always get things done. If you're looking to have someone in your team who is experienced in mortgage, credit cards, custom loans and an executive assistant, I'm the right person for the job I'm looking forward to be working with you I'm looking forward to be working with you Thank you.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

One of my greatest strength is my ability to reduce complexity. In today's fast paced world, there's a lot of information to process and it can be overwhelming at times. I found that I'm able to take complex situation and break them down to manageable pieces. and break them down to manageable pieces. This allows me to see the big picture and identify the most important things to do first. and identify the most important things to do first. For my weakness, I hold myself to a very high standard that sometimes I get caught up in a finer detail, which causes harm to my deadline and my speed. I identified this through self analysis and seeking out feedback. So I work on this by placing a system of checkpoints and setting earlier deadlines It allows me to see how much detail I'm adding to simple tasks and allows me to focus more on difficult ones. After practicing this for over a year now, I can now confidently say that I work much faster naturally and meet my deadlines with ease without focusing much on time limits.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

One achievement I'm most proud of was when I worked as an executive assistant and was tasked with arranging an event. It was the largest scale event I have assisted with my career today, my first ever remote job and first ever event coordinating project. So what I did is to do a lot of research, then drew up an outline for a project timeline and set up a budget tracker to keep track of how much is being spent on the project. So I sourced and contacted vendors for gifts or token for the attendees, prices for the games as well, I also booked the restaurant and collected dietary restriction details. I rounded up volunteers and arranged most of the logistics I rounded up volunteers and arranged most of the logistics and parlor games for the whole event and parlor games for the whole event It was a success because after the meeting I received a lot of good feedbacks from my manager and her colleagues and they even gave me a token of appreciation for an event well done.
