Korina Patawaran: Hello, my name is Rita. I am a certified public accountant and a US certified management accountant. As a finance professional. I have over eight years of experience working with multinational companies in the pharmaceutical and health care industry. My corporate roles revolve around financial planning and analysis, business control, leadership, demand planning and supply chain management.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Korina Patawaran: I am skilled in business partnering and I apply strong analytical skills to inform senior leaders of key trends in order to contribute value to the organization. I drive in a fast paced setting and I'm very adaptable to change. I am dependable and adhere to high standards of quality and integrity in my work.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Korina Patawaran: I take pride in being an effective business partner that helps organization achieve its targets. Working with pfizer's Asia Pacific Regional Business Finance Center based in Manila. I've had the privilege to improve budgeting and forecasting process by standardizing the template used across the region. The initiative led to accuracy of submission and transparency of operating results but more than the recognition and awards. My greatest accomplishment reflects on the things I do on a daily basis, having the integrity and strong work ethics that people can rely on.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Korina Patawaran: For my next role. I am looking forward to contributing value to the business by using my skills and experience. I am also excited to take on new challenges and learn more about different industries. I would love the opportunity to work with senior leaders and collaborate with everyone across the organization.
