Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Justine Eraldo: Hello, I am Justine Aral and I am 25 years old and I'm from Rodriguez resales Philippines. I am aiming to be part of extend your team. And I believe that I had relevant experiences of processing us personal loan applications for almost four years. So this is when I was with Tele performance where I worked as a specialist, as a subject matter expert and eventually as a trainer, my latest employer was with JP Morgan Chase where I worked as an account specialist and I am confident that these experiences and of course, my willingness to learn will enable me to grow and contribute positively to this organization.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Justine Eraldo: Now, if you would ask me what my strengths are, I can say that I always seek for knowledge and I hunger for growth. That is also the reason why I love working with um smart people considering that I don't see myself as an innate, smart person. So I love to observe that kind of influence in me. And I believe that everything can be learned, considering that I am a curious person. I always make sure that I understand the tasks fully. Now after my weaknesses, I I could be my own worst critic sometimes. And it led me to being me hard on myself since I hunger for girls, I sometimes feel dissatisfied and I tend to think of how I could have done things better than how I actually did. Luckily, I don't dwell on my negatives as I always make sure to use these as an opportunity to better.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Justine Eraldo: Um One thing that stuck with me with regard to a professional achievement was the process improvement that I presented to our clients since I was working with um personal loans. Now, our customers needed to declare their income and we needed to determine their pay frequency in order to calculate their monthly net income, which is a factor of approval. It was always our agents challenge to discern biweekly versus twice monthly since um they're almost alike um inaccurate usage of pay frequency results through in incorrect income calculations which affects the customer's approval rate. And in order to minimize these inaccuracies, I pitched a case of improving the customer's dashboard where in the customers will just need to input the pay dates of when they receive their two most recent pay themselves. And the system will be able to determine the actual pay frequency the agency should use for the income calculation. Um After this was implemented, um our team was able to minimize errors and calculations and then we are able to provide accurate final decisions. And of course, our productivity increased since um we are able to process more applications. So I'm very proud of this product simply because it has helped um the customers, the clients and my dear colleagues.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Justine Eraldo: Um I am an avid believer of learning and that is something that I am looking forward to when it comes to my next role. Um a place where I can grow, whether it be as an individual or as a team member, that is why I always appreciate feedback. Um Another important thing that I am looking for is a role where I could apply my craft and my years of experience as a loan processor. I'm also excited to work with um smart and innovative people as I believe that innovation has no limit and lastly, I value flexibility, being able to work. I'm sorry to have work life balance is important to me since I have obligations at work and my personal life.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Justine Eraldo: Um I believe that I am the right fit to succeed in this role because I have gained relevant experiences with the processing loans. I am detail rented. Thanks to my previous roles as it taught me to carefully check documents such as um Payslips bank statements, award, letters, tax documents, and many more. Um I believe I'm efficient. I believe I can complete my tasks in a timely manner. And I consider myself goal driven. I value not only the short term goals but also the long term ones making sure to pave away your future innovations.
