Speaker: Juddi Ann Sanchez
Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Juddi Ann Sanchez: Hi, extend your team. This is Judy Anne Sanchez. I am a virtual assistant that has an experience in the admin side of health care and customer service. My experiences include working in America's number one bank as a fraud investigator, doing a reasonable investigation, executing chargebacks and evaluated the validity of chargebacks done by other specialists. I also worked at Convention Psychiatry and counseling as an intake coordinator and a subject matter expert or a trainer. I also assisted the upper management with the data and reports that they need for marketing and for the overall company's goals. Now, what am I passionate about? One of my missions in life is to be able to help a person or a company thrive. I am passionate because I have these skills that I simply do not want to go uh to go to waste. I love seeing companies thrive because of my excellence and hard work. It honestly gives me a sense of fulfillment. Now, next is what are my specific accomplishments? First is that um when I became a subject matter expert in my job, I did not have any experience at all, but I believed that I have stepped up my game and did not wait on anyone to teach me. I initiated to gather the company's policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, made a training material out of it and executed that training material to more than half of the organizational staff. Second is that I received several awards in America's number one bank. And not only that I received the highest award in the organization called the Zenith Award. That is all for my video resume. Again, this is Judy Anne Sanchez and I look forward to working with you.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Juddi Ann Sanchez: Hi everyone. So one of my greatest strength is that I am a go-getter and an achiever, meaning I like to accomplish tasks excellently on time. Aside from working efficiently, I pay attention to details, making sure every de deliverables has little to no errors. I am also a team player. I like accomplishing deliverables, but I make sure everyone that is necessary for that task is included in the brainstorming and execution. I also like hearing my colleagues feedback and make sure to apply it, especially if it benefits the entire organization. Now, one of my weaknesses is that it's regarding delegation as what I've mentioned earlier, I'm all about accomplishing deliverables excellently on time. So there were times where I did all the work on my own just to avoid mistakes. The good news is that I am working on that right now and I must say that I have been learning to delegate things to my colleagues. And because of that, the overall performance of the company has improved for about 47% because I am now learning to delegate and sharing my best practices.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Juddi Ann Sanchez: So the professional achievement that I am most proud of is that when I became a subject matter expert or a trainer in my job, I did not have any experience that time, but I believe I have stepped up my game and did not wait on anyone to teach me. I initiated together the company's policy and procedures, the processes I reached out to the manager and made sure that everything was accurate and I made a training material out of it, executed that training material to more than half of the organizational staff.

So I am looking forward to a leader that I can look up to learn from a leader who has an excellent decision making skills, communicates well, practices, integrity, great in relationship building and is accountable to their support.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Juddi Ann Sanchez: I am the right fit to succeed in this role because first is I am a go-getter. I do not stop until a task is completed at the highest standard. I am grateful if there are people ready to help me. But in this type of job, I have learned to not be dependent on my colleagues alone. Therefore, I research and learn and make sure I practice to execute an excellent task. Second is that I pay attention to details even under a lot of pressure, that one of the proofs is that I have always been a recipient of 100% quality work for two consecutive years.
