Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.

Joseph Caballes: Hello there. I am Joseph Cavalli, but you can call me Jay. I am 37 years old from the Philippines with my 15 years of background in the financial industry, primarily with us clients. I can confidently say that I am a perfect match to the role you are filling in for a customer support role. I believe that to be a successful company providing services, we must be customer centric, which has been my core for the past 15 years being in a customer facing role for the whole duration of my career. I understand that customers time must be treated with great importance and to achieve this, I mastered the art of multitasking with great focus on details, process, organization and time management. On my current job as a fraud escalation, specialist, collaboration and team work amongst associates and department is essential to efficiently escude a job. Also, I have in-depth knowledge on us banking compliance and regulations such as you know your customer policy, UAP fair lending policies, E O AFC R ad I L A regulation, C G L B A, anti money launder and suspicious activity reporting. As a person, I consider myself as someone who always speaks the truth and have my best foot forward in everything I do. I always make sure that I go above and beyond when helping others, I am driven and always have hunger on learning new things. I like being put in the challenge and make sure to get the best result and exceed what is expected of me to deliver. What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Joseph Caballes: I am very receptive in coaching as well as constructive criticism. While I always strive for perfection, I understand that each and everyone still has opportunities that we need to work on. Besides through these opportunities, we learn and grow more as an individual and professional. And that being bold and openly accepting and working identified opportunities and continuously strive to learn more and being adaptable to new knowledge is my biggest strength. As for my weakness, I am very clingy to projects that have been assigned to me that even when a project is already completed and been assigned to another administrator, I always tend to still look over them ensuring that the project is being applied and followed religiously that it takes some of my time from the current or ongoing new project assigned to me.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Joseph Caballes: The professional achievement that I am most proud of is my loyalty to each company and or organization that I worked for being with my seem to be previous employer for 10 years. Loyalty is something that cannot be measured by any amount and certifications. Loyalty for me is being invested and being happy with the company making you feel how important you are to them as a family and appreciate your contribution to their growth in return, you pay it back by always performing and delivering what is expected from you.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Joseph Caballes: With my skills and qualifications matching the customer support role you are filling in. I am looking forward to be working and grew together with different pool of talented professionals in our company, including the management and the people behind even cards with the 95% 5 star rating in interest pilot. I am also excited to assist and help the most important people in our company, which is our customers.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Joseph Caballes: Modesty. Aside, I can confidently say that I best fit in this role because of my 15 year background with banking and fintech industry, I already have the core knowledge on how banking in fintech products and services work from application processes up to the end of customer cycle. I am like a glass hub ready to be filled with your company specifics, policies, processes and regulations.
