Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Jonathan Orale: Hi, good day, everyone. I'm Jonathan. I'm 29 years old. Currently residing here in Cavite Philippines. I'm a graduate of P S accountancy from De La Salle University. S Marinas last 2016 and also a certified public accountant since October 2016. I used to work as an accountant for almost six years now, uh, being an internal auditor and a finance analyst as my work experiences.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Jonathan Orale: So I believe my biggest strengths are first, I'm a very detail oriented person. Second, I highly value the word commitment. Third one is that, um I always seek for improvement whenever I'm assigned to doing processes. My weaknesses are first, I'm, I'm a very perfectionist. There's uh no, no rooms for errors when I'm doing such uh things or processes. Second is that, uh, sometimes I'm having a hard time saying no to, to things or requests, especially when they, when they came for a higher person, then.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Jonathan Orale: So what is the professional achievement you're most proud of? So, aside from passing the C P board exam here in the Philippines, I am most proud of myself because I have contributed a great project when I was still a finance analyst with shell industry. So this project is a process improvement that uh generated a very good work improvement in working capital within the uh collection processes in the accounts receivable.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Jonathan Orale: So what are the most important things you are looking for in your next role? So the important things I'm looking for are first, uh the stability of the company since I want to have a very long, very long term and good relationship with my next employer. Second is that the employer would highly value and appreciate the work of their employees. Third one is there are rooms for improvements or promotions? Thank you.

Jonathan Orale: Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role? So I believe I'm a good fit for this role because first being a very detail oriented person is very usable to this job role. Second is that if you would hire me, I would ensure that I will give my 200% commitment to this job opportunity. Third is that if you would hire me, it, it is not that I would just do what is expected of me, but we always try to seek for improvement and exceed expectations. Thank you.
