Jefferson Gabriel Robles: Hi, this is Jefferson Robles. You can call me Jeff. I live in the Philippines. I'm 34 years of age and for the last couple of years I've been working with a call center company. Uh, that's with Citibank. As far as my interest. I do love going to the gym and I also love learning new things, especially with my key interest like Excel and can. Thank you.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Jefferson Gabriel Robles: Strength and weakness for strength. I do big when it comes to teamwork and collaboration, I make sure that I do have a positive contribution and impact a certain task that is being given to uh my team or to myself. Um If there's any negative output that I would have, I'll make sure to get a feedback on it and will learn on it and to produce a better result. Next time when it comes to weakness, um I do get get passionate too much. Oftentimes it's very extensive in, in a way that I would rather not take rest day just to finish a certain task that I'm so passionate with what I learned when I was working in a back office team doing some admin task that I learned that would it is my passion, doing an admin task. Um In the initial months that I'm working on that admin task, I'm not taking rest days. Even during the rest days, I will finish the uh task that is being given to me. Now, what I learned is one delegation and second learning when to stop delegation. I started asking some people that can also take the task. I, I would, especially when it comes to big task that the team is handling. I start delegating and training people that can also work on the task. And second um learning when to stop, I would set a stop for myself on a Friday, making sure that in the following day, Saturday and Sunday, which is my rest day. I get to spend time with myself, the things that I love to do, but that's it for me.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Jefferson Gabriel Robles: A uh professional achievement that I'm most proud of is when I was asked to be a training assistant on boarding new hires, you know, when you see people become successful, um because of your help with them, your inputs on their um knowledge on their um career walk in city in the previous job that I have, it's kind of fulfilling. Um It makes me feel very happy seeing them so high and you know, yourself that you've been a part of their achievements, you've been a part of the reason why they're starving high. So that's something that I'm really proud of um with my professional uh career with my previous role.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Jefferson Gabriel Robles: The most important thing that I'm looking for in my next role is to learn any opportunity that I can be a helping hand to the organization. I would all I'm passionate when it comes to helping and being a good um contributor to any thing may be to a friend, to an organization, to a certain task, to a certain um problem. I would always uh be happy sharing my helping hand when I was given a uh pioneer project with a pioneer uh with uh with the previous role that I have on the previous company, I am very passionate to learn where I can do my contribution in the, in making sure that the campaign will be successful in making sure that the uh the that the department will be successful. And sure enough, I think my hard work has been beneficial in um making all things be aligned to how it was supposed to be um as to how things are supposed to happen when it comes to the expectations of our um domestic partners, domestic partners. Uh I mean to say the partners that we have from us since I'm based in the Philippines. So that's it. I'm really looking for any opportunity that I can be of help, that I can probably share my expertise and uh making just making things happy, not only with the company, but also to others that are struggling with that certain opportunity or certain um task. Thank you.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Jefferson Gabriel Robles: All right, being fit to succeed in the role. Well, of course, for one, I have a huge and wide background when it comes to credit card servicing since I work for almost six years in a credit card company uh with a Global Bell Bank. Next, I am proactive. I remember when I was being given a certain task with the back office team, I was only being given since I'm new to the team. I'm only being given the littlest amount of task with a very little attention and a very little um uh the the the most uh bottom department or the task that anyone can have. So from there, I never did stop on that. I start being proactive and asking some other things that I can be helpful to the department, to the back office team. So from uh doing the, the lowest or the most, the least task that someone could have, I was able to handle the majority. I, I almost like 95% of the task that the back office team is conducting. And for that uh certain, for that same reason, I was able to create a playbook that would be helpful to other members or other uh persons in the future that would also handle the back office task. Um Next, other than being proactive and that other than being um having a high or huge background when it comes to credit card servicing, I'm also very eager to learn. I'm passionate to learning new things like what I've said. Um and it um I would do some my own personal research in order to make myself successful in a certain area. I remember uh working with the um pioneer role that I recently had. I do have a very little background when it comes to Excel from there. I did some research on how to do things in youtube. Of course, youtube is very helpful in giving you a lot of things and a lot of insights. So from there, I, I was able to execute a, I could say like um five star or maybe four star dashboard that you can track all of the cases that is being given to us. Um That's it so eager to learn proactive and a huge background when it comes to credit card servicing.
