Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.

Jean De La Cruz: Hi, my name is Jean de La Cruz and I would love to take this opportunity to tell you something about myself. I've been in finance and accounting operations for seven years. My recent role West as a capital of fixed assets accounted at Procter and Gamble, Philippines PNG is a multinational consumer goods corporation wherein I mainly responsible for assisting the business with certain sections under fixed assets, performing fixed assets, accounting and on top of that, I also perform balances re conservation post journal entries generate and send out financial reports, performance and closing activities and support users on their technical issues, accounting queries related to fixed assets and audit. Before that, I also held an accounts payable role for five years in the central Philippines, which is the BPO company. I supported Latin American countries. This role has equipped me with the ideal experiences and skills and one of this is having a strong attention to detail. As one of my key responsibility are processing vendor invoices, timely and accurately with a high volume of invoices daily and applying a country specific standards affected by management as we closely monitor our work flow through aging reports and prioritize what's do for the day, mailbox monitoring for queries and concerns for our clients and proficiency on using different um s office and sap software with consistent good performance. I was recognized a stop performer for several quarters for being able to deliver exceptional and above expectation performance. Follow through an attention to details that affects the project's ability to deliver value and for being able to understand and apply the economics of the company's business to continuously improve bottom line results. With this, I assure you if I give it a chance, I will continue to give my best and contribute as much value as I can. And I look forward to assisting your business scale.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Jean De La Cruz: One of my greatest strength is my strong finance and accounting background, especially in accounts payable and fixed asset management. During the time that I was an accounts payable role, I was a scientist spoke from one of the complex invoices that we have for. I am one of those who was able to grasp our process quickly. Also, I am a problem solver. I enjoy investigating and resolving technical issues. We encounter another electronic reforms. Whenever a client brings the concerns regarding their forms, I always glad to help and discuss their findings and lastly might do it. Now habit I suddenly leave till tomorrow when I can be what can be accomplished today. And as for as for my weaknesses, I tend to be too critical of myself. It's not that I don't take pride of what I do, but I feel like I struggle feeling satisfied with it. But now I practice looking at this at the positive note that there are always room for improvement and innovation. I also I am socially awkward introvert, but I try to act like an extrovert despite how uncomfortable it makes me feel, I still do it because I believe good working relationships benefit everyone. And expanding your network can lead to exciting new opportunities.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Jean De La Cruz: One of the professional achievement that I am proud of is during the time that I was able to modify our checklist or a cheat sheet on processing vendor invoices into more user friendly and comprehensive one. This has helped to improve our quality score Which will closely monitor because it has a huge impact for payments and our quality score target of 98% accuracy. And also it helps lessen invoice handing time as you can search vendor and applicable withholding taxes for each service rendered. This also became useful for those who are new to the team. I am proud that I was able to help the organization and of course my colleagues.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Jean De La Cruz: The most important things that I'm looking for in my next role is number one, having opportunities that will help me grow more on this industry because I love learning new things and as the company grows, I wanted to grow with it. Second is work, life, balance, healthy, balance between work and personal life is important to me because having enough time for work and for personal life is essential for our well being and can lead to more fulfilling life both at home and at work. But please don't get me wrong. I don't mind working for long hours when it's needed. And lastly having a supportive and amazing thing.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Jean De La Cruz: I'm the best fit for this role because my previous position is an accounts payable associate equipped with the ideal experiences for this position for seven years and development of the skills required for this role, including processing, vendor invoices, timely accurate the and the great attention to details including data on multiple computer programs and proper handling of clients, confidential data. And most importantly, good stewardship. Everything I learned from the roles I had up teams I belong to and the project or task I work on gave a unique skill set that makes me well rounded and versatile worker.
