Speaker: Jaenne Elizha U. Ramones

Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.

Jaenne Elizha U. Ramones: Hi, let me tell you about myself. My name is Jaenne Alicia Unico Ramones, jolly for short. I'm 30 years of age. I have three kids, one is 11, 8 and five years old. I have eight plus years in the BPO industry. Taking calls for sales, customer service and technical support. I also did complaints management for the last two years after the pandemic, I have worked as a virtual assistant for a real estate agent in New Jersey. That is actually where I learned a lot of new things and new tools when it comes to real estate. We used analyst tools in researching about the properties. We use Boom Town. Follow up boss, Click Up, monday.com Trello for um crm, that is actually what we use in updating information about the clients. We use pulse, sms, mojo dialer, ring central, and other management tools such as google drive sheets, docs, calendar, and docusign. in general. I really enjoyed working for um the real estate industry since I have actually learned a lot of new things that can help me in my everyday life because it's kind of similar here in the Philippines. That's all. Thank you

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Jaenne Elizha U. Ramones: Well, my strength and weaknesses aside from me being self motivated and very optimistic, my biggest strength is that I am very open minded to learning new things from people around me. I always consider others opinion as constructive and I use that to help me become better of what I do. Well, my weakness is that I tend to overthink sometimes because I want everything in order. That makes me I don't want to sleep that much because I might miss something or forget about something. Having this said, I have weekly life coaching that is to help me become better for me to be able to manage my emotions efficiently. Since I'm a working mom, that's all. Thank you.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Jaenne Elizha U. Ramones: Well um what is the professional achievement that you're most proud of? Well, being a leader in the BPO industry scares me before. However, during my days in Telstra, that's a telco company in Australia where I've worked for um like four years or so, I was moved up from being a normal sales and customer service agent to becoming a subject matter expert, and then after a few months, was moved up again to becoming a complaints manager that is someone who handles all complaints from the customers. It actually made me feel really powerful that I can help the customers by providing the best and possible resolution that a normal agent cannot provide. That is really something that I was actually proud of up until today. That's all. Thank you.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Jaenne Elizha U. Ramones: What are the most important things that I'm actually looking for in my next role? Well, I'm very interested in a job where I'll be able to collaborate with my co workers and of course receive constructive feedback that is actually so I can continue to learn and improve my skills. I am also looking forward to a role which can give me stability because I would really love to have a job that can support my long-term goals and that is to pay for mine and my kids insurance and to build a house for them. So they will actually never see life the way I did growing up. So that is actually my long-term goal. And I'm really looking forward for a job that can give me assurance and stability. That's all for me. Thank you.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Jaenne Elizha U. Ramones: Why am I the right fit for this role? I am very confident that I'm a good fit for this position for several reasons, but most especially because of my dedication to going above and beyond in a job, I am committed to learning any new skills on my own. Just to be able to succeed in this role. I will do my best and give my all because I work from the heart and that is because I actually work for my family, especially for my kids and they think I'm Superwoman. So yeah, that's it.
