Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.

Geraldine Nebrida: Hi there, my name is Geraldine Nebrida I am an energetic and passionate BBO professional and a freelance virtual assistant was very enthusiastic and would like to secure a challenging position as a virtual assistant in your reputable organization. I leverage my extensive working experience in admin works, customer service and sales in the past working experiences that I had. I have already developed my skills and my talent when it comes to handling the full spectrum of admin duties and business support and um thank you so much for this opportunity, job opportunity that was given to me and doing a support role for offices and for immediate superiors and teammates, multitasking and prioritizing are the skills that I have already developed. And I would like to you know, make mention about all the tools that I am using to make my life easier as a virtual assistant in some other time. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Geraldine Nebrida: Well, my biggest strength would be, or should I say I pride myself on being critical and open-minded. And I always start with speaking and building relationships with the people that I work with, connect with them and learn from them. Now, the biggest weakness that I have is my inability to say no. Even in my work or in my professional life or personal life, I could really hard to say no when somebody asked help from me.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Geraldine Nebrida: I am most proud of the latest employment that I had with Peach BPO where I was tasked to manage their Zoho Crm manage which means I need to maximize the use of their plan. I think they're subscribed to enterprise plan which will allow me to automate some of their processes. And I do remember that. I also um provide admin support to the sales director and managing her leads where it's really very critical and very tasking because she is just maintaining a big excel file. So in order for me to manage her leads conveniently you know update her the status of her leads to record all activities per liter per contact. I need to integrate some of the tools that she is using with. Zoho CRM. So I asked the IT. First to um integrate her Vonage to Zoho also her gmail so that we can automate starts you know we can start automating all of her activities. And what I did personally is to import all her active leads to into the Zoho CRM. So we were able to you know teach her because she's not really very techy and she refuses to or refused to use those CRM because she told us that it's really very complicated but we were able to convince her um to used the Zoho CRM explaining the pros and cons the advantages now of you saying Zoho CRM. So it means to say that we needed to I needed to uh teach her the process. It's really quite challenging especially for somebody who's not really very techy. So she saw the the advantage of using Zoho CRM and later on, you know, uh work with her on how to navigate and work on the Zoho CRM like you know, dialing from Zoho CRM instead of using Vonage so that all of her uh calling activity will be recorded real time. And she saw how fast it was uh to you Zoho Crm and also you know, sending out bulk emails without spamming using Zoho CRM. And you know, in putting all the template inside the Zoho and also the contract, once the deal is closed, contract is being sent through Zoho sign, so you don't need to copy paste from, you know, you fetch the document from google drive and then uh you know do all the editing and you know, I suggested to use this Zoho sign to avoid human and typographical error. So in short I was able to maximize the use of their CRM To their advantage. I put on an extra mile recommending what I knew in Zoho CRM management. This experience taught me a lot about the value of teamwork and highlighted the importance of nurturing everyone's uh unique talent and gift and effective communication was really very crucial because I was dealing with an american sales director and a lead generation specialist and once everybody was able to achieve our goal we were able to make their job a little bit easier and convenient and that, you know, I'm very proud of uh as an accomplishment with Peach BPO.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Geraldine Nebrida: Important thing that I am looking for in my next role with the the ability to do more customer based activity, helping them making sure that they have good customer experience with the business that I work for. More focused on. Um I mean more customer focused engagement, so to speak. I've also enjoyed communicating with customers sometimes, but uh the client success manager and as director for sales with my previous employment at Peach BPO manages most of the project in terms of being responsible for the deliverables, delegating tasks and more. I feel that I'm ready for that challenge now. And so I'm hoping to do that in my next position.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Geraldine Nebrida: I am confident that I am a good fit for this position for several reasons, but most specifically because of my dedication to going above and beyond in a job, the skills and qualifications I possess are a great match for the requirements for this position. In particular, my communication and leadership skills make me a great candidate for the job.
