Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
David Jason Miralles: Hi, my name is David. Jason Morales. You could call me Jason. Um, I'm separated but I am a father of two lovely teenagers.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
David Jason Miralles: My biggest strength would be stakeholder management. That's the feedback that I've been getting from many leaders and stakeholders as well. My weakness that would be that being able to focus on one thing at a time.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
David Jason Miralles: I'm very proud of what I've accomplished with. I had a project that has, um, two somewhere around $220,000 benefit. And that was a time when I was just on boarded, um, like 3 to 4 months and we had a uh project that big already.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
David Jason Miralles: The most important things that I'm looking for uh on my next role would be the first, um It's a permanent work from home, um better paid and as well as not being micromanaged by the leaders.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
David Jason Miralles: As a project manager, I think I would fit right in because I'm good with stakeholder management, as mentioned earlier. Um So, you know, getting things done or the task done would be easy enough for me as a client success manager. I do have experience with handling several uh clients though it's not with a tech company, it was with insurance, but the concept is still the same. You just have to take care of your clients so that they'll take care of the company. So I believe I would fit right in either of those possessions.
