Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Cynirene Rodriguez: Hi my name is Nadine Rodriguez. You can call me CY for short. I am a project manager for almost seven years. I also have a background in operations management. I was an operations manager for eight years. Prior to that I am a vendor, I was a vendor technical lead and the subject matter expert with a background in training and quality and an asian. I am proud to share that. I started making BPO industry as an asian because that has given me a good background as front liner in this industry as a project manager. I have a background in end to end project lifecycle with cross in a cross functional and cross cultural environment. That means I have a wide experience in um collaborating with different departments across the company or organizations if not all at least most of the departments in organization from operations, H R I T legal team Treasury pays a team capacity team, workforce management team etcetera. Um which is very important in project management because we have to as a project manager we have to make sure the project success measures the defined project success measures are achieved. The project problem statement the projects are covered and the project school now um I would like to share the backgrounds of the types of projects that I have handled. I have handled client implementation or new logo, client logo as we call it from ground zero up until go live or depending on the company plus three months until the account is able to meet the KPI S defined in S O W and M S A. That includes different types of verticals from um technology, finance, telecommunications, retail, voice captioning, gas and utilities. I'm still thinking at least most of the or the common projects or new logos that they have handled. Including the new logos. Within the new logos we have to um including within the new logos. We have to also cover organic growth ramp down projects or the end of life of the accounts. Now aside from those who have experience in handling special projects that includes site built out special projects like return to site the famous return to side um projects. And then when we have to send people from office to home, I was given that project as well. I've handled um side shutdowns as well and other process improvement projects, continuous improvement projects and the likes about me. Okay so fans talk about me. Um I am constantly voted as class president since elementary um grade one up until grade six. And then in high school up until college, I am part of the student government leader that has really given me a good um experience, solid background about leadership and communication, people management, relating to people and understanding their needs, understanding what processes to improve and um picking assure that I'm able to achieve the deadlines and the timelines that are you know um leaders, professors and the likes are giving to us as student leaders. Those are the background I believe good background that have led me to my career experience as operations, in operations and in project management. On a personal note, I am a mother of two, I am a proud mother of two. Those are the things that I can share today. Thank you.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Cynirene Rodriguez: Hello. So the question is, what are your biggest strengths and weaknesses? Okay. In terms of strength, I believe in my constant background as a class. A student leader from grade one up until college and constant academic scholar from high school up until college. Plus it continued in a corporate environment as a corporate, as one of the corporate leaders or organizational leaders um really has hold and improved my leadership and communication skills, People management skills, strategic and problem solving skills. Those are the strengths. Um that has helped me to be where I am today, to be who I am today, especially on the people management skills because it's really difficult to manage people but consistently through uh customer satisfaction survey right after the project and constant direct feedback from stakeholders to people around you. I have always been given a constant feedback that I am tough and brave and strong yet I have a very um easy personality I'm easy to work with. Um and I have been receiving a constant feedback that I have a genuine personality which I am proud of because that's something that I really want to live um in in this world to be authentic, to be sincere and to be honest. So, my weakness or weaknesses for me, my weakness is being impatient. There are times when I have the tendency to be too focused on the target or if I want something I want to make sure that it's really achieved within the specific specified timeline um that I have personally plotted or the team had agreed on now in terms of project, it's it sounds like an advantage, but if not handled properly, if there are um surprises or risk. Um and some delays, especially the delays and the responses of the stakeholders and and which are expected to, it makes makes me impatient times um which allows me to follow through accordingly to my stakeholders and to whoever needs. Teachers want to increase and to attend to, you know, the assigned deliverables in the project, it sounds like an advantage. However, for a project, however, if not managed properly, it can give me stress which of course I don't want, we don't want as well overall, so how am I able to manage it with constant mindfulness? Um constant self reminder that there are times there are things that really needs to take time. It allows me to be more understanding of my stakeholders, it allows me to be more forgiving uh and it allows me to be less of perfectionists um of um you know, of the result and value the the progress and the process, the learnings in between. Um I've also been constantly listening to my mentors and um been constantly reading books on how I can further improve my being impatient at times. Those are the things that I can share for question number two. Thank you so much
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Cynirene Rodriguez: Hello. So the question is, what is the professional achievement you're most proud of? Okay, so I have, I have received a lot of several accolades um since I was an ancient until I'm a project manager have received several certificates appreciation awards titles. One thing that I am really proud of or is not based on the title or the certificate, it's really the good working relationship. So um based on as I have shared earlier, based on feedback from my stakeholders and the people I've worked with, they find me easy to work with while making it sure that the targets are met while making it sure that if you need to be tough, you know, you need to be tough. If you need to be strong and handle this conversation, you need to handle this conversation yet still remain um professional, respectful and have a good working environment, positive environment at the end of the meeting, at the end of the day, at the end of the project and even after the project, I haven't experienced yet um in my career on bad or where I have to bring the bridge or a bad relationship with too much friction, which I am happy of because at the end of the day for me, um people management is really not easy. It takes a lot of leadership and working with people and being able to have this good connection at least a good working relationship is very important and to have a harmonious life, harmonious relationship with the rest of the stakeholders and the people around you and to have a good life. so that's what I am most proud of, Thank you.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Cynirene Rodriguez: Hi there. So the next question is, what are the most important things are you looking for in your next role? Okay, so two things, flexibility and growth. So for flexibility, I have been informed that it can be achieved as an I. C. Which is good to hear. Um My understanding my definition for flexibility is still having a time for self care, which is very important and having time with my kids. So if I'm able to achieve that in my next role, that would really help me to become more productive and more creative undergrowth, it's important for me to be able to grow in any role that I am assigned to. Um I I know I understand that my role as a project manager or operation spanish er will be an asset to business and to the company and that I will be able to provide value. So knowing that the company at the same time or my next role um is equally giving value to my growth would help improve my loyalty and my retention as well, not only in the role in the, in the organization but also in the company growth for me is very important so that I can continue to be the better version if not the best version of myself. Um I have had the experience in handling multiple projects all at the same time. At least an average of 3-6 projects, sometimes eight projects depending on the project and utilization handling that all at the same time with the project expectation to meet the defined project success measure and I am able to um still remain to be detailed um oriented in all my projects. For every project milestones defined And um able to achieve 98, that is an average of 98% project success rating based on the defined project success factors and customer satisfaction.
