Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.

Clinth Miguel Ng Jayme: Hi, my name is Clint. Miguel Jaime. You can call me Clint. I can say that I'm really passionate and persevering in my work. That is why I'm able to experience several expertise in the B P O industry. I started as a collections representative in an auto finance account in Gen. That's way back 2013. Um Since I love growth and development, I've stepped out of my comfort zone and I became part of capital one last 2016. And that's actually a senior operations representative post where we cater to customers who wish to file a dispute claim on their account. During my stint there, I became one of the highest performing associates in our department and I'm really passionate about helping people in achieving their highest potential. In 2017, I became one of the seasoned operational coaches that assisted new hires in our department. After that I applied and got promoted as a senior coordinator ver viator on fraud and disputes escalations. In 2018, in 2020 I became a floor supervisor which acted as an sme where I was able to provide assistance to senior coordinators with their consults related to fraud and disputes escalations. While performing that role, I was exemplary with my duties and was given great feedback. I was able to experience working closely with our leadership team and our onshore clients. I was able to help our clients by creating several initiatives that brought efficiency to our department. In 2021 I did not stop holding my competencies. That's why I became part of nesting in fraud and disputes escalations. I was able to do data analysis and create reports to help our nesting team to be shared with our clients as well. And leaders fast forward to 2022 to 2023. I applied and got promoted as a unit manager where I was able to help and guide people to achieve their full potential. And right now, um I would like to continue my journey and start fresh to be a great value in your company.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Clinth Miguel Ng Jayme: Uh I can say that uh one of my strengths is being able to influence people, which is important in implementing policies. So a big company, that is why my previous team performance was driven to so high and be exceptional on what they do. Same as what I accomplished when I was actually a unit manager and also an agent. I also have a good judgment skills. That's why I can drive results with minimal supervision. I can also help with my problem solving skills to create initiatives that can create efficiency with a process. Having a fresh perspective coming from a different company, special handling, fraud and disputes, escalated to complex calls related to credit card services. I can provide insight in your company to fill in any procedural gap that I might encounter. Um For my weakness, I can see that um based on observations in any role that I have been through. Time management is a difficult thing to do because there are several tasks that need to be delivered that require excellence, other patience and dedication where I need to influence people and help them at the same time. So what I did to enhance my time management skills. I attended training related to the Eisenhower matrix where I learned how to prioritize things that are important to less important. I learned to put my people first since they, I need to drive good results with our team performance and focus later on my project management task. As a result, I receive positive feedback in delivering good and timely results. It is still a work in progress related to time management. But I'm making sure that I'm doing all of the practice that I need to make sure that I'll deliver a good time management skills.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Clinth Miguel Ng Jayme: I can say that I'm really results oriented. That is why I was able to contribute well in my previous company by making sure that I do my best to execute the task. Well, um similar to my previous experience when I was a unit manager and our key performance indicator was getting low from the month of January of 2023. Um What I did to drive a good performance was to create an engagement initiative within my team that focuses on our key metrics, which is the net promoter score. After the initiative, it was observed that from month of February, our N P S increased from 50 to 72 I was able to receive a top team recognition because of that initiative that I created. And that's the most uh professional thing that I'm really proud of.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Clinth Miguel Ng Jayme: Um it is actually to elevate others and uh by empowering people to do their best at work um since I have experienced having um several mentees in the past who actually helped them to be empowered. So aside from that, I would like to have a new experience in empowering people. So to help them never lose focus and making sure that uh they balance um their key metrics and show consistency in each of the tasks that they are doing and to be able to help them have an, an exceptional um results. And that's uh really what I'm eyeing for for the next role.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Clinth Miguel Ng Jayme: I AM results drived and that's why I was able to receive several recognitions in the past. Something that I can also apply here in this company, I'm agile and can easily adapt to change and learn new things. Also, with my vast experience of job specific in the financial industry and credit card services and having a fresh perspective coming from a different company, I can provide insights that can help for process improvement.
