Christian Michael Yee: Hello, my name is Christian and I am a season operations management professional with over 10 years of experience. I have a strong background in project management, client services, data analytics and uh process improvement. I'm a versatile and highly motivated individual with insatiable curiosity for technological advancement and its impact in business success and the realm of operation. I'm passionate in using my skill and expertise in achieving operational success and business goals. And I'm also a team player and I'm always willing to go to.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Christian Michael Yee: So what are my biggest strengths and weaknesses in terms of my strengths? I'm very detail oriented and I'm always able to meet deadlines. I'm also a very good problem solver and I always find creative solutions to challenges. As for my weaknesses, I can be a bit of perfectionist which leads me to overthinking things and sometimes difficulty in delegating tests. However, I am very confident that I can overcome these weaknesses by being self-conscious and we continuous development.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Christian Michael Yee: My proudest professional achievement was during the time I helped improve customer experience for our partners. By 20% I did this by implementing a new customer feedback system which allowed us to gather and track customer feedback more effectively. And I also had a chance to streamline onboarding process which made it easier for new customers to get started with the products and services. As a result of these changes, we saw a significant increase in customer satisfaction and retention and also increase in sales as most uh as our customers are more likely to recommend their products and services. I'm proud of this uh achievement because it, it only shows that I was able to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. And I was able to use my skills and experience to help improve the bottom line for the company.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Christian Michael Yee: In my next role. I'm looking for two important things. First is a chance to make a real impact. I want to work for a company that is making a positive impact to the world and I want to use my skills and experience to make a difference. Number two is opportunities for growth and development. I want to continue to grow and learn in my career and I want to work for a company that is offering that opportunity for professional development. Number three is collaboration and teamwork. Christian Michael Yee: I believe I'm a great fit for the role because I'm passionate in helping people and I'm a natural collaborator. I have a proven track record of success and I'm confident that I can help the company achieve its goals. In my previous roles. I was responsible in managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that they are successful in using the products and services. I was able to do this by building a strong relationship with the clients, understanding their needs and provided them with the support to be successful. Also as a natural collaborator, I enjoy working with people from different departments in one common goal and with my skills and experience, I believe I can help the company achieve its goals and exceed its expectations.
