Speaker: Celliza Marrie del Mundo Rances-de Asis

Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.

Celliza Marrie del Mundo Rances-de Asis: Hi, everyone. My name is Celiza Maris. You can call me c like a for short. I am 33 years old. I'm currently uh based in province. I am married with four kids. My youngest is three years old, old to 33 rather and then my eldest is almost 12. Um We just recently, well, we moved to from uh from Manila around two years ago uh because he wanted to give uh the kids a a better quality of life. So I started working remotely uh way back 2016 if I'm not mistaken, the main reason for uh for deciding to work at home uh is to be able to be with my kids. Uh During those, during that time, we only have two kids and my youngest uh at that time was just born. So I just, I recently I just gave birth to her. So, uh I wanted to be present with her as she grow as she grows up. So that's actually it. Uh I've been working for seven years uh with experience as a transaction coordinator and the listing coordinator, uh and also as an executive assistant slash administrative assistant. So there. Thank you.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Celliza Marrie del Mundo Rances-de Asis: So the the question is, what are your biggest strengths and weaknesses? Uh This is actually a very difficult question for me. Uh Sorry to answer as I'm not really sure what to say. Uh I guess I would just be saying that uh that all my life experiences and work experiences actually uh haunt me to be who I am right now. So uh I've been trained to be a quick learner and the multitasker at an early age, I know that I am able to balance work clothes efficiently and I can easily uh adapt to working in a constantly changing environment. Uh working remotely for seven plus years now, uh taught me to become more resourceful and uh disciplined uh because, well, I do well, you know who else to rely uh to rely on and to trust when you are working hundreds of miles away from your employer, right? So uh working in the real estate industry for seven plus years now, uh polished my attention to details and my ability in handling confidential or sensitive information. I also become more flexible uh when it comes to uh to the times or to the hours that I devote to working because I can always report uh because I can report uh on the weekends also when needed. But I also do know that I make sure to devote time to meet the deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work that I do. Uh What else? I am computer uh literate and internet savvy. Uh I learned to befriend Google. I am determined and uh dedicated and I always make sure to enjoy the work that I am doing. Uh I am also highly motivated, as I've mentioned earlier, I have four kids. So they are my main source uh of motivation. Uh They're, they're, you know, they're the main, like they're the main pushers. That's, they're the, they're the force behind, behind my car. If I, if I can say that. And lastly, I think my greatest strength is to this ability to reconfigure myself and all plans fail. I've learned to let go of those things that I cannot control. And uh I've learned to refocus all my energy to those things that I can control because I know that life does not always go your way or go my way. So if that happens, just go where life takes you instead uh for my weaknesses, I will be saying that I am prone to insecurity or self doubt. Uh Because when growing up, I felt like I always needed to get my parents uh affirmation all the time. But I've uh long ago started to work on accepting myself for who I am, both the good and the bad as I know that nobody is perfect. So I believe that being aware of this tendency helped me become more tolerant of myself when I make mistakes and prouder of myself, when I achieve something uh that I have set my eyes on. So there, I think that answer would suffice but yeah, thank you.

What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?

Celliza Marrie del Mundo Rances-de Asis: Uh The next question is, what is the professional achievement you're most proud of? Well, I could say uh one of my proudest professional achievements is being able to stay with my previous company for more than three years. So that's two years and one month to be accepted uh in today's job market where remote uh work is becoming more common to people. It's not uncommon for others to apply for a job. Realize it's not what they expected and then disappear without a word. So I think my ability to uh stick with one company for an extended period, say something about my character, my work ethics and adaptability uh during my time uh with my previous uh client, I've had the opportunity to work with many different people. Oh, well, many different individuals rather I've learned to uh collaborate effectively uh with coworkers from different backgrounds and personalities, which has uh helped me grow both uh personally and professionally. And also uh that's where I've learned to adapt to the ever changing uh work environment. So I, I guess that's, that's one of the, well, that's my most uh the professional achievement that I am most proud of.

What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?

Celliza Marrie del Mundo Rances-de Asis: So the next question is what are the most uh important things you are looking for in your next role? So uh let's see when it comes to my next role. I'm looking for a few key things. Uh Firstly, a fun working environment, I believe that a positive and enjoyable workplace uh culture helps to foster creativity, collaboration, and a sense of community amongst colleagues. So in addition to a fun working environment, I'm also looking for a role that provides opportunities for growth and development. This could be through professional development uh programs, mentorship opportunities or challenging assignments that would allow me to build my skills and expertise. Another of course important factor is a work life balance while I am committed to delivering high quality work, I also believe that it's important to have a healthy balance between work and personal life. Uh And then lastly, I am looking to uh for a role that aligns with my values and allows me to make a positive impact. So whether that's through the product or services that your company provides, uh your approach to corporate social responsibility or your commitment to diversity and inclusion, I want to feel that my work uh is meaningful and contributes to a greater purpose. So there, but overall uh fun working environment is definitely uh important. I I I I'd say that I am keen to working uh with a company that has a fun working environment. But also there are uh there are several other factors that I consider essential when searching for my next role.

Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?

Celliza Marrie del Mundo Rances-de Asis: So uh our next question is why are you the right fit to succeed in this role? Uh Personally, I believe that I am the right fit for this role for several reasons. Firstly, I am a resourceful individual who is capable of finding solutions to problems uh without first asking like other people, I mean, being resourceful has actually taught me to work with what I have and uh to exhaust all of my resources before actually asking somebody for help. I am an independent worker and I can manage my time and prioritize my tasks, sorry efficiently while still producing high quality work. Additionally, I am committed to providing excellent service and always strive to exceed my client's expectations by going above and beyond to ensure that the quality of my work is stopped, not or uh to make sure that I exceed my clients uh expectations really. So I am eager and enthusiastic about the opportunity to join your team and to contribute to the success uh to the success of the company. I am actually uh I actually think that my experience and skills align well with the requirements of this role and I am excited to bring my strength to your company once uh if and if ever that you will be hiring me. So uh there I am committed in giving 100 1% of my effort in everything that I do. And I am confident that I have the necessary skills and mindset to succeed in this role. So what else I actually look forward to uh for the opportunity or to the opportunity to be a valuable member of your team and contribute to your company's growth and success.
