Speaker: Aileen jane Rabino Espanol
Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Aileen jane Rabino Espanol: Hi, my name is Eileen Jane A, you can call me AJ and I've been in the B P O industry for almost 10 years. And on that period, it has given me the opportunity to gain amazing experience handling a business to consumer and a business to business account. And I'm grateful that I'm able to use this great work experience as a leverage and showcase my skills on every business that I work with in terms of communications and dealing with consumers or business owners. When I was starting in the B P O uh industry, I started as a customer care representative and I work for one of the largest telecommunications company in the US. And in less than four months, I got promoted as a subject matter expert and a process trainer. So I started handling uh classes from wave 46 A to 96 B. And then I was eventually sent to a pioneering uh site in Pampanga here in the Philippines to train a pioneering batch from Wave 1 to 10. And as a result, uh the POMP site has become one of the top performing sites here in the Philippines compared to the other sites here. Um And um and it's still ongoing um top performance as I, I'm hearing great news from the previous company that I work with. Also. Um after that, I started working with one of the largest data records records management company in the United States. It's called Iron Mountain. I've become the subject matter expert on that company in less than two months and I started handling a cluster or a mini team to boost their productivity and performance. But then because of, of some situation where in they removed the retirement program, which is I'm really looking forward with, I decided to move or look for another opportunity and I was able to have an opportunity to work with E XL Service. It's another B P O company here in the Philippines and we provide service to one of the largest equipment provider in the United States. It's called United Reynalds. So in less than two months, I got promoted as a subject matter expert. And on my fourth month, I got promoted as a training manager slash credit manager. So I was doing dual tasks uh on my whole employment with uh E XL service. And then I receive a back to back recognition from the company being the top team and the top money manager and a training manager. And as well as I, I did get uh recognition from our CEO and E service, Mr. So that one of the things that I can, you know, really brag and be confident of. And um after that, when the pandemic hits, I look for another opportunity where I can, you know, work safely at home and work comfortably. And I came across and started with exploring the freelancing world. So I did have an opportunity to work in a credit consulting company. So I worked there as a credit consultant. And then I came across to our real estate companies in Dallas, Texas, also in Houston and Killeen Texas. So I had different uh set of clients as a acquisition manager, negotiating, you know, buying and selling properties. And those are basically um my, the summary of my professional background. Thank you so much for listening to this or watching this video.
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Aileen jane Rabino Espanol: My biggest strengths are being able to apply my core values, which is integrity, credibility, consistency, passion and collaboration. I believe that with all these things within me, I can never go wrong because number one, if you have the integrity, then even if there's no one watching you, there's no one supervising you, then you'll still do what is expected or expected or even exceed what is what is expected. Second, if you have the credibility, you want to maintain that certain level of confidence of your consumer, your customer, your boss or your colleague or even exceed that confidence level. Third being consistent, being consistent is really important in, in every uh in every business, but you have to make sure that you work smart, not just consistently, still still use your, your brain, your analytics and all that. And the 4th one being passionate on what you do because I believe that when you're passionate enough to execute a certain path, then it will provide a better impact or better result. Collaboration for me is also important because when you have a collaboration can work harmoniously with the with your team within the organization. Or if the organization is open to suggestions or brainstorming, it could provide um or help the company grow eventually and uh when it comes to weakness, um I believe sometimes I, I really, I'm uh I'm a perfectionist sometimes. So sometimes the task get a little bit of delay, but I always think of quality is better than quantity because for me, it's useless to have a lot of productivity, but then you need to do it again and again. So uh but of course, there has to be improvement along its way along the way. So yeah, that, that, that I think is my, my uh weakness.
What is the professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Aileen jane Rabino Espanol: I'm actually proud of all of my achievements uh when it comes to getting promoted and getting back to back with admission or even getting commendations from the client. But I am most proud of when my subordinates or the people I trained and home get gets recognized or promoted or even becomes successful on their role because it really provides a different kind of feeling and fulfillment. So that's why I'm most proud of that and the sense and the thought that you're able to help other people makes you more than proud on what you are doing on for that organization.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
Aileen jane Rabino Espanol: In my next role. I'm looking forward to learn more and grow with the company. I understand that there could be some challenges along the way, but I believe the challenges are an opportunity to improve and grow. Second is I I'm looking forward to build a great business relationship with the clients, with my teammates and my bosses and work harmoniously with them. And the 3rd 1 is I'm looking forward to share my knowledge, my expertise and provide great contributions to the company in terms of productivity, performance and revenue.
Why are you the right fit to succeed in this role?
Aileen jane Rabino Espanol: What sets me apart from other applicants out there. It's my passion and commitment on whatever I do I see to it that I put my heart and effort to it and also the ability to become proactive and creative. Even if it's not needed, I make it a goal to really exceed the client's expectations and my boss's expectation, not just to impress them, but also to create a better revenue for the business. Also, I don't think as an employee, I think as an uh one of the business owners in that way, I can ensure that the money that is invested to me will go back to the business owners 1000 phones.
