Chris Guill: This is Chris Guill, owner of Melia brands.
What were the business challenges you had when you hired Extend Your Team?
Chris Guill: Like any other ecommerce business, we always struggle with the balance between hiring us employees and international employees. We love international employees, but they're really hard to find and once you find them, sometimes it's really hard to keep them managed, paid properly and do all the things. Right.
How is the quality of the team members that Extend Your Team found for you?
Chris Guill: Extend Your Team found us a number of really high end employees that have worked for us for years in various roles from customer service to graphics design. Uh We've really liked working with the quality of talent they found and we really helped to do a lot more with them.
How have these team members affected or improved your business?
Chris Guill: The team members we've gotten from Extend Your Team have been instrumental in our growth, particularly allowing us to expand a lot quicker than we normally would have. being able to actually have someone go out and find those incredible employees and help manage them. is really been critical. A lot of the employees, we've found that we've gotten from other sources, start up great, but then we have to spend a lot of time keeping them motivated, keeping them managed, managing their time. Whereas the Extend Your Team team members, the Extend Your Team does a wonderful job managing the employees, keeping them on track and really helping us get that value from them.
