Cassandra Gardner: The most impactful math teacher I've ever had was MS. Maxine Jackson when I was at Carver High School in Montgomery Alabama. Miss Jackson made learning math lots of fun. Um I took her for geometry and algebra two and trig. Um in the midst of our teaching us. We also had lots of laughter because she was very humorous so she could have been a comedian too. But her passion for teaching mathematics was very evident in the manner in which he taught and I have actually adopted her way of teaching mathematics. Um I still keep in touch with her and she is the best math teacher I've ever had.
