Please tell us a little bit about your business.
Tammy McMahan CVNCPPS : My name is Tammy McMahon. I'm the owner of Alone at Home Pet Services Incorporated and I have been the owner for 26 years. My husband is the Vice President and with our business, we go into people's homes. So our security and our credibility is very, very important. We were hacked about two years ago from social media and somebody tried to take over my business and steal it from me. I signed up with Experian for fraud alerts to watch out for my business and for myself and I cannot be thankful enough about the response that I have gotten and the protective protection that I have gotten from them. It is very well worth my membership. I will be renewing every year and it's a pet sitting service. It's an animal hospice service. I'm a veterinary nurse, a certified veterinary nurse. So again, our credentials are extremely, extremely important to what we do.
What problem did Experian help you to solve?
Tammy McMahan CVNCPPS : Experian has helped us out credentially for our credit profile because that is a very, very important thing for us. We have to have good credentials and no fraud alerts, no theft, no, nothing in order for us to go into people's homes because it's very important that you trust us to come into your home, not only for your pets care, but for the security of your household and your belongings.
How does Experian improve your financial awareness?
Tammy McMahan CVNCPPS : With Experian, we do feel empowered with all the information that they offer us on any time. Our information goes on to the Dark Web. And do I check our reports? I do, I check them monthly because again, we were hacked a couple of years ago and I have to worry about identity theft. I have to worry about somebody trying to pretend that they're me because they tried to steal our company. And Experian has helped that tremendously on giving me those alerts and making me feel secure for what we do.
Does Experian help you maintain good credit health and gain access to capital?
Tammy McMahan CVNCPPS : Does Experian help us to maintain our good credit, health and access capital? Yeah, I guess so. Um, we've always had a good credit report because we've been in business for so long and I keep everything up to date. Am I worried about gaining access to capital, maybe somewhere down the road. Right now, we don't need it, but again, it keeps us in good standing.
