Sean Hoover: Hey, Dave, I, I've known a Ryan obviously a long time, uh worked with him, I think since he began in that position. Uh uh God, I don't know how many years ago it was, but uh I, I think honestly that he is somebody that is absolutely commercially focused and organized and uh I would love to see him uh get an opportunity. I think he'd do a great job. Uh Honestly, as a sales manager. Um so, uh yeah, I happy to discuss it uh in much more detail. Um But I think he's a great guy. I can't say enough. I mean, except for he's a Browns fan, but, you know, we'll let that slide. So uh any case, hope all is well, thanks. Bye bye.

Mike Barba: Yeah, I was asked to uh put a recording together about Ryan mcclure and his ability to fulfill the district sales manager's role in the current district that he resides in. I would have to tell you, Ryan is very well organized from an ocean product perspective, um driven to excellence. Uh I think he's very well suited to do this job. And I think it would be a good opportunity for us, especially from a selfish perspective from the ocean standpoint to have someone who understands ocean product and has the ability then to translate that uh knowledge. OK? And understanding of the product to the district sales group within the region. Um I would finally say that I certainly believe I would hire them. So if it's anything more you need from me, please reach out directly. Thank you very much for having uh me give the ability to give my opinion on this, but that's a very good candidate, very well organized, understands the product, understands sales, uh understands the organization, understands expeditors. Thank you.

Jennifer Schmitt: If I had to describe Ryan in one word, I think that it would be genuine. I find Ryan to be equal parts of funny and serious, humble and proud and honest and balanced. I find that Ryan is extremely relatable. He's very easy to talk to. Um what I appreciate about Ryan is whenever I talk to him, he tells me about plans that he has for his future and ideas that he has around achieving those plans.

Pat Luisi: Hey, it's Pat Luisi from the BWI IAD branch. I'm the district manager. Um I understand Ryan is applying for the DSM role. I wanted to put a good word in for Ryan. I've always had a great experience working with him. Uh very, very customer centric, very knowledgeable and I think he'd be a great choice for the DSM role. I think he brings a lot to the table. Uh Aside from being really, really likable, um I think he, he's great with team dynamics, knows his stuff operationally. And like I said, I've always had great experiences with him specifically 100% customer centric. So um that's it. Good luck to Ryan. Good luck with uh I'm sure you'll make a great choice, but I did want to uh add that for Ryan. Thank you.
