Candice Delcourt: Hi, everyone. I'm Candice Delcourt. I'm a neurologist and researcher in Sydney Australia. On behalf of the TACTICS team, I'm delighted to be presenting the result of the trial. So TACTICS was a cluster crossover intervention trial of a novel model of care, combining advanced CT brain imaging and streamline workflows in primary stroke centers supported by a metropolitan or regional comprehensive stroke center. We had six clusters each comprising one endovascular thrombectomy hub and a minimum of two primary stroke spokes. Each cluster sequentially progressed through a three months pre intervention period, a three month package intervention period and a three month post intervention monitoring period. I will share with you our exciting results and more specifically our primary outcome, the proportion of patients treated with endovascular thrombectomy compared between pre intervention and pooled intervention, post intervention periods.
