Catherine Elizabeth Lightbody: I think that you have to be in it to win it, so, you know, you have to put yourself forward and submit. And, you know, go for the top, go for those oral presentations. If you don't get the oral presentation, it might be accepted for, you know, a poster presentation instead. It's a great experience and, you know, I think it really allows you to disseminate the work that you're doing, which is a really important aspect of research and and service improvement work that we're involved with.
