Roberta D'Addario: Hi, I'm Roberta D'Addario. I'm from Rome and I work as a Marketing Manager at Equativ.
Where did you travel to?
Roberta D'Addario: For my globetrotter's experience. I traveled to our American headquarters in New York.
In one word, how would you describe your experience?
Roberta D'Addario: To be honest, it's difficult to pick just one word to describe my experience in the New York office. But if I have to do so, I would say enriching.
What did you take away from the project/ experience?
Roberta D'Addario: My week in New York has proven useful from a company perspective as we lay the foundation for an important communication project and from a personal one, because I had the chance to learn best practices from the Central Marketing Team. I would never thank Equativ enough for this precious face-to-face time. And I hope the group will continue to support international mobility initiatives in the future.
