Danica Shultz: Hi, my name is Danica Shultz. I am a communication specialist at Equativ and I have been here for two years.

Danica Shultz: Something that I love about my role in communications is in general is that I get to work with a lot of different people, talk about really exciting projects and important topics that are going on within the company and also within the greater industry. I work with a really great team of other brand marketers and event specialists, things like that. And it's really exciting to see the type of work that we do come to fruition and in, in different forms. And so I think that when you can see the impact of your work and you also work with a great team, it makes work really, really fun and exciting.

Danica Shultz: I think almost anyone that you would ask at Equativ would have the same answer that the culture here is really special. People really care about each other. Everyone is, you know, loves spending time with each other. Everyone has a lot of respect for each other. We have a lot of great benefits. And I know for me personally, I have some great friends that work here. I have a great relationship with my team members and my managers and things like that. And I think that there's really a human aspect at the core of our company and it really feels like you're being looked out for. And I think that that's something that's can be kind of hard to find nowadays. So I think that the fact that you, everyone seems to feel good coming into work every day, I think that there's really something to be said for that. So I think that's probably the biggest thing for me.
