What is your favorite thing about working at Equativ?
Allison Obiso: My favorite thing about working at Equativ is the opportunity for growth and continuous learning. I've been at Equativ for almost four years and I've taken on various roles where I was able to really expand my knowledge of the ad tech industry as well as hone into my skills as an Account Manager on both of our demand-side and supply-side of the business. None of what I've accomplished since I've been here would be possible without the support from my managers and colleagues who have always believed in me and what I'm capable of achieving. Equativ has a very supportive culture for those that want to succeed. And I think that's a wonderful thing you might not find elsewhere.

What is your favorite memory at Equativ?
Ela Szponder: My favorite memory Equativ I would say all the global events because then we have an opportunity to see face to face, to spend some time together, to try local food and have some fun. But also I have one memory that I am deeply reminded, which is not related with the fun. It was during the pandemic when many companies were in a difficult situation and many people actually lost their job. At Equativ were well informed, we had meetings quite often to talk about the current situation, always transparent, and I felt safe.
